I always think these stress reliever CDs are a bunch of hooey, but this one is amazing! A gift from a friend, I'd had it for several weeks and hadn't listened to it so last week I grabbed it on my way out the door to give it a quick listen before it was permanently shelved. While sitting in my car listening to a rock CD, my 14 month old daughter began to fuss and whine and quickly launched into full blown screaming and throwing toys. I opened Perscription for Stress and popped in the stress CD thinking I could at least calm myself. Not 10 seconds into the first track and I realized the car was silent. My daughter was completely mellow! I've tried it a couple more times since and it worked like a charm, next I think I'll be trying the Sleep CD for her nap. This is CD is a real sanity saver, now I know what to get other moms for Mother's Day.

My husband and I been listening to Dr. Henshaw's music for over 6 months. I highly recommend it to anyone who is under any type of stress, inability to sleep, or for relaxation in general. I simply love his work. My husband uses it during his lunch break to decrease the stress level, and he returns to work a new man.
