Arco Iris play refined easy-listening music with world overtones. Using South American musical motifs within a light jazz framework, they create melodious, summer patio moods with splashes of peruvian pipes, charangos, rainsticks, and an assortment of ethnic percussion to dress up what is essentially pleasant New Age background music. There are no real surprises in store for the listener, rather a soothing backdrop for meditative experience.
