Admit it: If you had to pick an artist to give voice to the wackadoo thinkings of a monkey beloved by most of the American populace over age 3, you could do a lot worse than Jack Johnson. Black Eyed Peas? Too hyper. Death Cab for Cutie? Too ironic. They Might Be Giants? Too eggheaded. Johnson, though the object of much rightful jealousy--here, after all, is a guy who only stumbled into music and vaulted himself up the charts after a successful career as a pro surfer--turns out to have the goods to do H.A. Rey, Curious George's creator, proud. Fans familiar with Johnson's earlier discs will recognize a certain laconic sprawl and easy fascination in his songs that suits the theme of perpetual puzzlement perfectly (here, let's not forget, is a guy who racked up fans with songs called "Bubble Toes" and "Banana Pancakes"). That the music takes a childish turn barely registers--songs like opener "Upside Down" are classic Johnson, all wonderment and groove, and the collaborations with friends Ben Harper, G. Love, and Matt Costa warm up, wink, and scamper off before packing on the weight of excess meaning. "We're Going to Be Friends," track seven, seals the deal--when you can make the White Stripes sound compatible with the Man with the Yellow Hat, you know you've got a multi-generational winner. --Tammy La Gorce
Description
Faced with the task of giving a voice to a central character that does not speak, Universal Pictures turned to Jack Johnson to craft songs that could provide a voice for Curious George. As a new father, it gave him the opportunity to make an album for both parents and children. Presented with early animations and the story line, Jack crafted new songs that capture the emotions of Curious George as he leaves the jungle to follow the Man with the Yellow Hat. He also turned to friends Ben Harper, G. Love, and Matt Costa to contribute songs that might bridge the gap between parent and child. Joined on the record by his band (Adam Topol, Merlo Podlewski, and Zack Gill), Jack duets with three of the other songwriters (Ben Harper, G. Love, and Matt Costa), and does a cover of the White Stripes' "We're Going to Be Friends." Parents who watched Schoolhouse Rock on Saturday mornings when they were children will recognize Jack's take on the classic "Three Is a Magic Number," reinterpreted with the 3 R's as a call to protect the environment and Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Sing-a-Longs and Lullabies feels like so much more than your standard soundtrack due to its unified creative vision. While the songs have a universal appeal, their themes speak to a child's experience (or in this case, a curious monkey's experience) of the world.

great soft songs for kids.......2007-08-06
I love this album. It's a great album, not just for kids, but for parents too. I hate having to listen to annoying kid songs and this album meets kids and parents in the middle. Also great for in the car when you're trying to get your kids to fall asleep in their car seat.
Nice grooves, and the baby loves it........2007-08-03
I want to personally thank Jack Johnson. Not only did he pen the best kids soundtrack for parents, but my infant son stops crying and starts grooving every single time I play this CD. I should be piping this constantly through the entire house.
Great!!!.......2007-07-18
If you like Jack Johnson, you will probably like this CD. I loved the movie Curious George also. The music is very relaxing and enjoyable. It is also a CD that's appropriate for all ages, given the obvious themes. The music is nice to listen to without thinking about the movie-its good in its own right.
I love this CD.......2007-07-13
I love this CD! The songs are soothing and kid-friendly yet I enjoy them too. We bought it because it was "Curious George" (and my son is obsessed) but I am so glad that we did. Well worth the price! It's a very mellow, feel-good, happy, easy-on-the-ears, calming CD.
Curious George CD.......2007-06-09
CD arrived in good shape but it is not at all what I thought it would be. This is not a sing-along CD. It seems to be misrepresenting itself with such a title. Not impressed or satisfied with this CD. It was reviewed to be something different. It's simply music by Jack Johnson which tends to be very slow.

stinky for Einstein.......2007-08-03
Generally Einstein is always a winner but this was not in our book (Baby and Me) Try someone else before buying . The libary is a great resource to check it out ahead.
Lame.......2007-07-22
I was really disappointed in this CD. I was expecting a toned-down version of real classical music, but it sounds really fake and tinkley and weird. Not soothing at all.
Sounds like a cheap plastic toy.......2007-06-20
I have these DVD's and I can tell you that they will not be a huge part of my baby's development. I received them as a gift from someone that thinks that all you need to do is plunk your child in front of a TV all day without giving the baby any attention. You can see why these DVD's are popular at Day Care Centers or what I like to call, "Concentration camps for baby's with lazy parents", because they know that they can sit their kid/baby in front of the TV and let them turn into a thoughtless zombie while they listen to Baby Einstein totally ruin classics by Bach and DeBussy by playing the music with very cheap midi keyboards. I can get better quality music by whistling Dixie with a mouth-full of saltine crackers.
Also, it has been proven that classical music has nothing to do with the cognitive development of young people. Now, teach them how to play piano or violin and you have yourself an actual YOUNG EINSTEIN, but listening to this kind of music does nothing for the development of the brain. It is just for lazy parents that can't sit down with their kids and play with them or read them a book.
would make you sleepy.........2007-06-15
its a good product with very fine music and my toddler realizes that it is sleep time, if I play it. he goes to bed and sleeps after a couple songs. I have trouble in some songs are some months.. dont know why.
Kid's Music.......2007-06-08
I bought this CD for my grandniece, but after listening to it, I determined that no one would ever play this for her except me. I would have kept it for myself but I have the grown-up versions of each of the classical masterpieces on this CD. So, I ended up returning it for a full refund. If you want your kids to be exposed to classicl music, it's a great buy. But if you don't think they will get to listen to it, don't waste your time.

Wonderful.......2007-06-26
I bought this CD to listen to at work (I am 6 months pregnant). The quality is awesome and the choice of songs is perfect I can listen to it over and over.
Great for putting kids to sleep!.......2007-06-08
I absolutely love this CD! In fact this is our second one because we wore out the first since we played it so much. It is very soothing, and in fact we used it to help both our kids (now 4 and 18 mo) go to sleep since they were babies. I highly recommend it!
Very Relaxing.......2007-04-10
It is very soothing and really helps you relax. I enjoy listening to it in the car during my high stress commute.
A Must Have for all Parents of Little Children !!!.......2006-11-25
I bought this when my first baby was...well, a baby. That was 8 years ago. Now I am on my 4th copy of this cd (Mozart For Mothers to Be) and my 3rd child. Nothing works better. I'm on here to buy my 4th copy becasue I've worn them out over the years and have to keep replaceing them. My 8 and 3 year old still use it, and now the new baby, also. Make it part of your nightly bed time routine and you'll have good little sleepers in no time. I swear by it. It is very soothing, calming and not distracting so it won't drive you bonkers if you can hear it a little from the next room.
A truely great gift for new parents, or if you have a sleepless little one at home. Turn on the cd, turn down the lights and let it sooth them to sleep.
Inspire the baby-within.......2005-12-13
Beyond sheer musical appreciation and enjoyment, Mozart's music in general is ideal for gently stimulating the "creative centers" as well as instilling a sense well-being. While there is much academic disagreement about the extent or reality of the so-called "Mozart Effect," it doesn't take a genius to observe how Mozart's music puts most people (and probably babies-to-be) in a happy mood ready to take on the day's challenges. There is a simplicity - yet elegance and musical brilliance - in his music that is also well-suited for the youngest of children.
The selections on this CD are all excellent and represent a nice range of Mozart's compostions, emphasising those that are ideal for creating a pleasant backdrop for leisure, dining and social occasions ("divertimentos"). The recordings are from the creme of musicians famous for their Mozart. Few works are as elegant and soaring as the Serenade #10 for winds - an astonishingly beautiful tune made famous from the early scenes of the movie, "Amadeus." Mozart supreme gifts of music are even seen in such humble "background music" as these pieces. And such continuity of warm, leisurely tones as these over 70 minutes is ideal for inspiring the baby to-be if that is why you are considering this CD. Better to expose a baby to the gentile, lyrical music of Mozart than to the dissonant, loud and disturbing tones of some classical music written well after Mozart.
As the reviewer below rightfully notes, compilation CD's of various unrelated works like this one is not quite how classical music is best meant to be heard. But in a way it is better for many to start with such collections like this - especially for those who just want the more quiet selections that are unintrusive. In that respect, this collection can be satisfying for most anyone (not just moms or babies). I have a huge classical music collection, but still really enjoy listening to one full CD of similar-temperament music like this one that flows easily and smoothly that doesn't demand my attention but only seeks to delight. And, in the end, that was the simple and primary goal of many of Mozart's compositions - to be purely enjoyed and delighted.

Lots of music to choose from!.......2007-07-28
This CD collection has every song imaginable on it for the kids. We bought it with the Envior-Mental Sing Along CD player and pop a CD in it before we go for a walk. The girls (2 1/2) sing to the music and it makes walking (they are in a buggy) fun. If you do get this, you may already have some of the songs on another CD you have in your collection, but I didn't care.
UGH! I can't stand it!!.......2007-05-17
I was looking for a cd of children's songs to play for my son. He likes to sing along to familiar favorites. This one is so annoying, I put it in the garage sale pile right away. The voices are irritating, the music is irritating, and it is mixed so kid's can't sing along if they are familiar with the original versions.
I was just looking for a plain, cd with the original classic versions of the children's songs--no "cutesy" mixes or "updates". It is proving hard to find.
My toddler loves it!.......2007-05-05
This 4-disc set contains tons of wonderful sing-a-long favorites that entertain my 2-year old. I even loaned it to her daycare class to enjoy, and all the other kids loved it too. These are all great versions and not bad for mommy to listen to either. What a value to get 101 songs for such a low price.
Just awful.......2007-04-28
I did not in my wildest imagination expect anything like this. The songs are performed by 3 or 4 year olds with poor diction and pronunciation who do not appear to even pretend to like what they are singing. I listened to several songs at random trying to figure out what on earth they are saying. To no avail. It is impossible to sing along. Songs performed by adults are not any better. I don't know where the recording studio found these people but they do not seem to be professional performers. The music is somewhat unorthodox in terms of being revamped or remixed to what came out to be a totally boring arrangement with no rhyme or beat to it.
This was a complete waste of money. Those who rate this product as good or excellent may not have heard anything better in their lifetimes. How sad.
good songs.......2007-04-16
i bought this CD for my son. Some of songs are sung at his preschool.
He sings them listening to this CD.

No one will be able to say for sure whether Lullaby Renditions of the Beatles will successfully "glide your little one across the universe, through an octopus's garden, and send them into a slumberland of strawberry fields," as it says it will on the back on the disc, but one thing it won't do is bonk you over the head with the sub-par production you might expect from a novelty disc. The latest CD in the series that has provided hipster parents with wordless, infant-friendly versions of Led Zeppelin, U2, Metallica, and many others takes a turn for the unapologetically melodic here, having its way with classics from "Here Comes the Sun" to "Hey Jude." The result is, as ever, powder-puffy yet inarguably palatable, whether you're the one swaddled in the crib or the one staring down into it waiting for the sandman to arrive. "Michelle" was a dozy song to begin with; here it's a doorway to a peaceful drift-off that, with any luck, will last long enough get the laundry done. --Tammy La Gorce
Album Description
Golden slumbers await your little pride and joy at the end of lullaby road. The Beatles are the most famous songwriters of the twentieth century. Their songs are known by people of all ages here, there, and everywhere. The dreamy quality of their later work provides the blueprint for these beautiful lullaby interpretations. It will glide your little one out across the universe, through an octopus's garden, and lay them down in a slumberland of strawberry fields.

elevator music.......2007-07-30
We have the Radiohead and U2 versions of the Rockaby Baby CDs and love them. Instantly puts our toddler to sleep. This one, however, not only fails to put him to sleep but it also sounds like mediocre elevator music. Probably not the composer's fault. The Beatles have been so over-covered, anything but the original songs sound tacky.
Great for babies and their parents!.......2007-06-11
Not only does my baby fall asleep to great lullaby renditions of the Beatles but so do my husband and I, listening through the monitor. It's much better than other childrens' lullabies out there!
Baby Shower Gift.......2007-05-31
Both gift recipients LOVED this lullaby collection. The tunes were extremely recognizable.
good choice out of a vast selection...........2007-05-16
My son enjoys this cd. The good people behind Rockabye Baby! selected great tracks to make into lullabies. Given that there are WAY too many Beatles songs out there to cover, I appreciate this CD.
The real thing would have been better.......2007-05-09
I bought two of these Rockabye CDs - the other being Bob Marley. CD isn't bad but, the real songs from the Beatles would have been better. I wish someone would produce a Lullaby CD with actual songs by real artists.

If these truly gorgeous lullabies and songs from all over the world don't soothe the savage beast within your child, nothing will. This hypnotic collection of soft and slow melodies--some ancient, some new--is perfect for lulling a child to sleep or for any evening when you want to escape into a warm bath with candles. Carlos Santana accompanies African singer Angelique Kidjo on the sweet opener, "Naima." Claudia Martinez sings "Arriba Del Cielo (Above the Sky)," a lilting traditional lullaby with roots in the Mexican state of Guerrero. The Letterstick Band, from the small An-Barra clan of Australian Aborigines, performs the moving "Yi-Rrana (Sunset)." One favorite is "Lá Vai Alguém (There Goes Someone)," a hot-summer-night-sounding lullaby sung in velvety tones by Virginia Rosa. Another lovely addition is Kanji Yano of the Sanshin Café Orchestra playing a generations-old lullaby on a traditional stringed instrument from Okinawa called the sanshin. The liner notes, written in English, Spanish, French, and Dutch, provide kid-friendly facts about the countries of origin. A portion of the proceeds are donated to the Putumayo Cross-Cultural Initiative, a non-profit organization that uses the power of world music and the arts to inspire children to connect with diverse cultures. Usual great quality you can expect from Putumayo.......2007-07-02
Putumayo produced CDs is the only music I have ever bought without knowing it first and I have never been disappointed. This is a gorgeous collection which my children listen to at night but which can also be enjoyed by everybody of all ages at any time of the day! We also recommend Asian Dreamland which is just lovely and even more gentle and dreamy.Putumayo Kids Presents: Asian Dreamland
stress buster.......2007-03-09
The music is very peacefull and the melodies really help me to relax after a stressful day in the office. I like it better then my children.
Beautiful music!.......2007-01-10
The music is beautiful! My baby falls asleep every night to these enchanting lullabies.
Dreamland CD a big hit.......2006-11-05
My 4 yr old falls asleep to the Dreamland CD every night. We love it. We have other Putumayo CDs and love them all. There isn't a song we just don't on the CD's. I highly recommend.
Beautiful, complex, soothing.......2006-08-23
This is not your typical "baby music" CD, watered down melodies with sterilized syncopation and minimal instruments. These are luscious, rich, harmonic, melodic songs that my 16 month old twins have loved since they were born. Now, they wait for me to turn it on before naptime and start swaying to the music before it even starts. Mom and Dad never tire of listening to it - an important consideration as it will become a favorite in the nursery! The a capella voices are heavenly. There are male and female artists on the album, and the use of all kinds of interesting instruments from different cultures. We use it for daytime naps - I put the CD player on shuffle/repeat and get a couple of hours peace and quiet. Often I turn the nursery monitor up, just so I can hear the music myself.

It's a funny thing with Rockabye Baby's Lullaby Renditions of Metallica--the disc is both all about the music and it's not. Consider it: on the one hand, here is a righteous, fully recognizable assortment of vintage Metallica tunes, including "Master of Puppets," "Enter Sandman," and "Nothing Else Matters." On the other, what's to stop a suburban massage parlor from passing it off as another generic, therapeutically new-age soundtrack to release tension by? Not a lot. The point being that this is a strangely versatile disc, but one no Metallica-loving new parent should be without. Starting, appropriately enough, at "One," producer and performer Michael Armstrong reduces Kirk Hammett's once rib-crushing riffs to xylophone and toy piano; "Fade to Black" becomes powder-puff pink, "(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth" becomes more like "(Band-Aid) Kissing a Boo-Boo." Somewhat miraculously, what once was suitable listening for leather-wearers only becomes music to fasten Pampers by. Enjoyably. Upping the gift-appeal factor is Metallica's inarguably cool liner notes: scissors, string, tape, and a hole punch turns them into a heavy-metal mobile to hang over baby's bed. --Tammy La Gorce
Album Description
Rockabye Baby! transforms timeless rock songs into beautiful instrumental lullabies. The soothing sounds of the glockenspiel, vibraphone, melltoron and other instruments will lull your baby into a sweet slumber.
On this album, they'll enjoy
Metallica's biggest anthems without the pesky earplugs you didn't bother to wear growing up. We've turned down the volume from an eleven to a two, and made the bed ourselves. Say your prayers little one. Tonight the sandman will be gently rocking you to sleep with these essential masterpieces of rock `n' roll.
Customer Reviews:
We love this disc!.......2007-04-29
My husband got this CD for our 6 month old son, and I can say that it is a CD the entire family enjoys. It has helped on many nights to get baby to bed...and I can't wait to get more CD's from this series.
Wont be the last Rockabye Baby CD I buy..........2007-04-10
Not sure if my son cares that this isnt twinkle twinkle little star, but I know I sure do. We have the crib in our room for a while and keep this CD going through the night. Highly recommend this for those of you who like something different. Looking at Nirvana or Nine Inch Nails next. Awesome!
A Must Have For Any Metallica Fan.......2007-01-09
If you have kids or not, this Lullaby CD is cool. Many of Metallica's great hits are put into lullaby form, which sounds truely amazing. I bought this even though I don't have kids yet, because knowing my luck, the CD probably would not have been in production any longer by the time I had kids. Plus, I play it when I go to bed, it is very relaxing. Let's just say Sandman comes faster when this CD is played.
Interesting twist on my old favorites.......2007-01-05
My husband and I both enjoyed listening to Metallica in our younger years, so we bought this for our almost four year old son (who loves music). He listens to it as he's falling asleep nearly every night. He's very into being a "big boy" these days, so he likes that he's not listening to "baby" songs anymore. And, we enjoy listening to the songs as well. It's a nice change from the traditional lullaby.
Metallica..........2007-01-05
...doesn't get any better than this!!! I'm 50-years old and don't mind a few Metallica songs anyway - but this is so much sweeter. Gave as a baby gift and it was liked by the parents. Unique gift...

If you've been operating under the impression that songs with the word "bloody" in the title can't make for good lullabies, guess again: given the Baby Rock treatment, "Sunday Bloody Sunday" sounds infant-tested, sandman-approved. And, more important, not even the tiniest bit absurd. With their glockenspiels, vibraphones, and mellotrons, the Baby Rock magicians have spun sweetness and a soothing vibe into everything from "Smells Like Teen Spirit" to "Stairway to Heaven"; given the unthinkable nature of those undertakings, this one seems almost too easy. "All I Want is You" is a little on the snuggly side to begin with, after all, and so is "The Sweetest Thing." No matter how high the bar is set, what's consistent about this series is its knack for getting eyelids to drooping and rock fans to chuckling: Bono and the Sandman make for strange bedfellows, but entertaining ones. --Tammy La Gorce

"Even Better Than the Real Thing" - NOT!.......2007-06-06
As a U2 fan of over 18 years, 15 concerts, a trip to Ireland, and a U2 tattoo, I have over 100 U2 CDs (singles, imports, bootlegs, rarities, and what not) and thought "what the heck".
After two times listening to the full album, I still get confused and messed up during the songs. I appreciate the attempt to "get" U2 but I think the same thing could have been achieved by listening to wind chimes or banging a pipe.
Of all the "non-U2" items out there, this is probably the weakest. Other non-U2 U2 items, such as "Strung out on U2", "In the Name of Love", "We Will Follow:Tribute to U2", and "Pickin' on U2", and so on all do U2 better justice and actually resemble the songs.
Bottom line: As a real U2 fan, add it to the collection. As someone who wants to slowly introduce your baby to U2, throw on "The Joshua Tree" or make a mix CD of their slower songs.
Baby Shower Gifts.......2007-05-31
Both gift recipients LOVED this lullaby collection. One recipient registered for many of this series. Her two favorites were this one and The Beatles renditions. The tunes were absolutley recognizable.
Disappointed.......2007-05-14
I bought this and the Pink Floyd Lullaby CD... this is just as bad... Actually both cd's sound the same, nothing like the actual songs, and just like the Floyd cd, the sound is annoying and definitley not soothing... I recomend buying the regualr cd, not the lullaby versions.
What a great CD!.......2007-05-06
My husband and I both really love U2, so I was positively giddy to buy this CD! I didn't have very high hopes for it- I figured it was just too crazy to pass up. When we got in the car and put the CD in, we were both totally blown away- it's beautiful! Our daughter was asleep a few minutes later, and we listened to the CD two times in a row after that. Definitly buy this CD if you like U2!
Disappointing.......2007-03-29
Doesn't even sound like U2. We have some of the other albums by Rockabye Baby, and were very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Instrumental albums from Walt Disney's mega-empire are a rarity. But judging from the excellence of Disney's Lullaby Album--from the superb arrangements to the surprise song choices--you'll probably be hearing more of them. Producer and arranger Fred Mollin exhibits not only good taste and restraint in his approach, but his song choices sweetly complement one another. Treading the fine line between Muzak and genuinely soothing music, Mollin lands softly and sentimentally on such Disney movie song classics as "Baby Mine," "When You Wish upon a Star," and "Stay Awake/Feed the Birds," as well as on other chestnuts such as "Brahms Lullaby" and Kenny Loggins's "House at Pooh Corner." The real delights, though, are the Beatles' "I Will" (rendered beautifully on piano and strings), Louis Armstrong's timeless "What A Wonderful World," the classic "Beautiful Dreamer," the old doo-wop favorite "Good Night My Love (Pleasant Dreams)," and an inspired reprise of "Brahms Lullaby" joined with Gershwin's "Someone to Watch over Me." Complete with sleeping tips from psychology professor Jodi Mindell, Disney's Lullaby Album almost guarantees that you'll fall asleep before the baby does--for all the right reasons. --Martin Keller
Customer Reviews:
Good Album.......2007-05-31
There are several reasons why I really like this CD and would recommend it:
1. Entirely instrumental - mostly sounds synthesized, but it is soft - not harsh and biting. No singing to jolt or distract.
2. The music is kept at an even volume. Some CDs tend to shift sound from one song to another, so when my son is nearly asleep and a song ends, the next one may or may not wake him up. This one does not have this problem.
3. The music choices are appropriate for an album used to go to sleep.
4. The songs are familiar. I may not have known the name of "House at Pooh Corner" but I certainly remember singing about Christopher Robin.
My son was used to being put to sleep with singing. We decided it was time he learn to fall asleep without parental involvement. This CD has been the best at accomplishing this for us so far.
I hope this helps someone make a decision.
Wonderful product. Thank you Disney!.......2007-05-20
My baby loves this music CD. It was very nicely made and produced.
Great for babies.......2007-05-12

A good cd for nap time.......2007-04-23
A good cd to relax your fussy one. But my Isabell likes Disney's Lullaby Album 2 just alittle bit better.
Great Lullabies!.......2007-03-16
My 8.5-month old son can get quite overstimulated by the end of the day. This cd has helped at calming him down. Now, instead of having trouble putting him down to sleep (he cried every time we walked away) we can lay him to sleep quietly. The music is very soothing and quiet, nothing sharp or loud, and all of the songs are recognizable. Great album, I'm ready to get Volume 2!

Album Description
This is the second album from the Los Angeles based octet, Flogging Molly. Taking influence from their Irish roots and the sound of the Californian punk scene, 'Drunken Lullabies'is a mix of brash punk rock guitars, violins, whistles and accordians. The band are often compared to the Pogues and fellow punk band, The Dropkick Murphys.

The Best Damn Pogues Cover Band Ever!.......2007-07-28
When the Pogues broke up (Shane left) I grew so depressed, because there was nobody out there that came close to capturing that powerful Irish sound. Then came Flogging Molly and happiness returned. This band rocks! They are a little more on the rock side than the folk side, is comparison to the Pogues. Please take no offense to the title review for this CD, just to be compared to the Pogues means greatness in my book.
My Favorite CD.......2007-06-17
This is Flogging Molly at their absolute best. Every track is great. What else is there to say. Great music by a great band. I never get tired of this recording.
Dave King from Fastway on vocals!!!!.......2007-04-03
I did a search on Fastway to see what Dave King (ex vocalist from the blues metal band Fastway...from the '80's) was up to these days and ran across a comment that he was singing for a band called Flogging Molly. I heard some sample clips and honestly I don't think , from what I heard anway, that he sounds anything like he did on the Fastway albums. That's not a good or bad thing...just my observation. I'll listen to a few more, but I'd like to hear him wail on a song or two to compare his voice to that from the '80's. Don't get me wrong, this stuff will keep your feet movin'. I enjoyed what I have heard. I just need to listen to some more tracks. I mainly wrote this review to inform any Fastway fans out there who may be wondering whatever became of good ole Dave. I'm glad he has found solice in something he obviously enjoys doing. Keep on keepin' on!
My first Celtic Rock CD.......2006-12-07
I heard the title track from this CD back in Fall of 2004, and instantly became a Celtic Rock fan. I began a quest to find as much comparable and similar music as I could. I will say that this is about where I draw the line in terms of how much "punk" style I can deal with in my Celtic Rock. The vocals are a little harsh sounding, but the music is lively and enjoyable enough to make up for it. For me it was a good place to start. If you like Irish-style music and can deal with a little hard rock, you will like this.
If its Flogging Molly, Its good.......2006-11-10
My favorite album is Swagger but this one is great too. You can't go wrong with any Flogging Molly.
