The title of this audio cd "Yoga Anywhere" is very misleading. I purchased this disc looking for a portable yoga practice I could upload to my MP3 player and take to do yoga on the beach, in the mountains, or even just in my yard at sunrise. Unfortunately, the practice is designed to be used INSIDE your own home, as most tracks direct you to use such things as your kitchen sink, chairs, put your legs against walls and to stand in doorways.

I figured I would make the best of it and did the practice anyways, only to find it very easy and not very rewarding.

This would be a very good yoga practice for someone who is very new or out of shape and someone who wants to practice in their own home. They should call this disc "Beginners Yoga in the Comfort of Your Home"

I am dissapointed as I really enjoy doing my "Total Yoga" video by the same people. I just ordered "Yoga Sanctuary" by Shiva Rae and by listening to the audio samples, that seems to be a much better choice!

I give this two stars because if it was advertised as what it actually is, it might be useful to someone looking for this type of practice.
