Scott Cossu proves that even spiritual-minded composers can swing with funky jazz players; many of the percussive lines of "Hakone" and "Vina Del Mar" are done in perfect tandem with Van Manakas' Wes Montgomery-flavored guitar and Justo Almario's soprano sax.
When Spirits Fly…Again has been re-tracked by Cossu, adding bonus track "Calabria" from the now out-of-print Spirals. Also includes a multimedia presentation of some of Cossu's photo archives.
