Very relaxing.......2006-11-08

This is one of my favorite CDs to relax with. I especially enjoy #6 on the disc, which I call the "closet trip". U imagine finding a doorway at the back of ur clothes closet, that becomes an incredible journey to total relaxation. The "Inner Smile" guided meditation is powerful as well. This is based on the old Daoist tradition.

I have many of Lilias' wonderful yoga videos, but this is the best way to relax the inside too.

Gaps abound.......2005-01-24

I was so looking forward to receiving this and another cd of Lilias's that I ordered at the same time. I had read so many good things about her. Her voice is as gentle as everyone says, and her cueing is clear. But the production is incredibly bad. There are loooong gaps all over the place, the sequencing on the cd does not match the listings, and all this leads to one experiencing a total lack of serenity :(
