A Perfect Bedside Companion.......2005-10-17

Bridget Engel studied with Doreen Virtue, the world's leading authority on angels, so she is very well qualified to address this subject. (She's certified by Doreen) She gives brief but excellent descriptions of the angels and chakras in preparation for the meditations, and I was inspired to learn more. Bridget is from New Zealand and has a very engaging delivery, the kind of voice I'd like to hear reading me bedtime stories.

The guided meditations are transcendent. I've listened to the chakra clearing dozens of times and find myself going deeper with each listening. With my energy centers cleared I can open up my body and mind to the universal oneness that unites everything and everyone. The fear releasing meditation is simply beautiful, and I have felt the angelic presence in the room with me. I get a chill each time Bridget says "You are God's love!" because I can feel her channeling this wonderful energy. This meditation also deals with forgiveness, and I've let go anger and resentment toward people I barely remembered but who were still affecting me. It's very healing.

So thank you Bridget for your wonderful CD. I'm going to give it to all my friends. I was excited to find your website, angelsareus.com and look forward to learning more about the angels and to getting your next CD.

I must first state that Bridget is my wife, therefore it is reasonable to be subjected to questions of bias - so there it is. Nonetheless, I very much want to add my thoughts here. I have found this CD to be soothing yet inspiring. Though I work diligently at keeping balance in my life, I still find myself falling prey to all the things life can throw at you that heightens stress and anxiety. Bridget's meditation CD has proven to be medicine for me whenever I find myself in a spin, helping to restore calm and clarity to how I want to design my day, my week, my life. Thank you honey!

I have been listening to this CD along with my 8 year old daughter. We both have enjoyed it very much. She loved learning about the angels while I found the meditations VERY uplifting.
