It's kind of a strange albulm because it's only got one song yet it has 3 tracks.
The first track is like an hour long divided into 2 parts. The first part is 45 minutes long-and then it breaks a little while and it goes into part 2 which is 15 minutes long. The second track is a bell ringing once, it signifies the meditation and then on in it's all quiet. It's kind of strange but it's a meditation cd. It's not a boring-will put you to sleep-meditation trance either. It's rather funky and cool. I like it alot and wish I could find more meditation cds like this one.

I was very disappointed. I expected something really good to meditate to. It's OK for moving meditation; the music is very repetative. I would give it 2 1/2 stars at most...

Great for meditation, and for general relaxation, energy work, etc. Very powerful, continuous and deep!!! Well worth the $$$.

A Most Elegent Meditation.......2001-04-15

This is a brilliant, delicious meditation that incorporates simple movements done to music. These movements are repeated through out the first 30 minutes. The music shifts so one begins to whirl. Finally the music stops and in the silence, stillness. Brilliantly inspired by the Indian Mystic Osho after a sufi device. I love this meditation and do it often.
