I got this as a present in a gift basket. Nice present! I play this all the time, whenever I want something pleasant to listen to. The music is a combination of soft jazz and New Age style tunes. There are vocals but none are loud and raucous. The rhythm is definite, steady, but not pounding. Just the thing to get you stimulated but not overly so. An interesting combination of relaxation music but not so dreamy as to make you snooze. You could do yoga or Pilates to this one.

I heard this playing in one of the stores at the John Wayne Airport in SO. CA. I asked the manager what was playing, when I got home, I ordered it on Amazon.com. This is a fantastic CD to relax with, having friends over for dinner, enjoying a glass of red wine. It catches everyone's attention. Everyone comments about what great music this is. This is a must to add to your music collection!
