I resist paying for products that claim to help me accumulate wealth. I know how the author is making his/her money (selling me such products), but....

I have Kathy's body and relationship CDs though, and found them to be great examples of visualization techniques. After doing a centering exercise she leads you into the experience of actually feeling what you what to manifest/being in the moment of having it already. Her Abundance CD was a similar style and focuses on more than money accumlation, making it better than I'd hoped.

I just wanted to put up here that this cd meditation is really a beautiful thing. It helped me find in my life what I couldn't before. I hope some of you try it too, and you'll see that fulfillment isn't so hard to find. I ended up buying 5 more cd's, some for me and some for friends, and I think K. Freston has really got a gift to give.

This is the last of the 3 cd's I have by K Freston, and I think the most interesting. It's all about creating abundance in your life, not just wealth but any kind, and it really opens up a lot of doors. Or more truthfully, shows you how to open them for yourself. I've always had a hard time actually accepting living well with a clear conscience, and this guided meditation showed me why I felt that way and how to open that block up. It doesn't give 'answers' per se, but brings you to your own. Things Have gotten better for me, steadily, since I began this, and I think a lot of it has to do with my new ways of thinking. I'd definately recommend this cd, along with the Daly Dose, and the Relationship cd. I couldn't be more pleased.

I've purchased other CD's by Lynne Arriale, and I recently purchased "Come Together." I've found all of her CD's to be entertaining, but this one really touched me. I normally am circumspect when a performer writes their own stuff. (I realize that they can't keep playing the standards, but still . . . ) But when I heard "Home" I think I melted on the spot. I literally became entranced by it. The emotion that Lynne and Jay and Steve put into this song. Breathtaking. The song really captures for me what the word "home" means. Then, compare this song with "Braziliana." The calm and serenity of "Home" is replaced by some truly gifted, and frenetic, piano work in "Braziliana." This song is hot.
But the reason I purchased this CD in the first place was because of "Red is The Rose." I love this song, and I've heard thousands of versions of it. I think Lynne nailed the real feeling of this song. Simply beautiful.
I think the trio format is intersting. So much music today is overproduced, and the emotion gets left behind in all the hub-bub. With just a trio the music comes to the forefront, where it belongs.

Every so often the Lynne Arriale Trio goes to work and creates a jewel that we can carry in our hearts. I'm not sure if this CD is a ruby or a diamond, but I do know it is beautiful. If you have never purchased a CD by the Lynne Arriale Trio, and you truly love music, do something special for yourself and buy this CD...buy all of their CDs.

Lynne did three sets at the 2004 Monterey Jazz Festival in, in my humble opinion, the perfect setting for her music, a small(circa 250 seats)darkened room, and the experience was mesmerising. She communicates feelings and emotions magnificently via beautifully crafted and performed compositions, most of which are original. I bought this record afterwards as she had played most of the tracks. Sit at home with the lights low and you will not experience a better jazz pianist.

This cd is truly inspiring. When I listen to it, I feel very elevated in spirit. I have bought one for all of my sisters, my mom and a few others. Even my 16 year old niece listened to it and said she loved it. The music is relaxing at times and joyfully exuberant at others and the vocalist's voice is transporting. She is so gifted. I wish more artists such as these were appreciated as much as some of the so called artists publicized today which are more hype than talent. I like the life messages that Ms. Ban Breathnach relates and they come through skillfully in the lyrics.

Sarah Ban Breathnach has created the perfect musical soundtrack for the Simple Abundance the book. Simple Abundance Music of Comfort and Joy has 14 songs which reinforce the seven principles. The music is calming, inspirational, and uplifting. The song At The End of The Day would have to be my favorite, it keeps me thinking. Sarah has done an excellent job with the lyrics by keeping relevant to the meaning of her book.
Sarah has also added special materal that can be explored on your computer. Anyone that likes Simple Abundance the book will love Simple Abundance Music of Comfort and Joy.

I first learned about Simple Abundance: Music of Comfort and Joy, Original Music Soundtrack from Sarah Ban Breathnach's popular website, ..., and I eagerly awaited its release. I was not disappointed. To 'borrow' a phrase from the CD cover of Vas - this is the kind of music that turns livingrooms into temples. The album is unhurried and gentle, and a sense of yearning and passion runs through each piece, which establishes a consistent mood all the way through. My favorite track, without a doubt, is the elegant and emotional "All We Have Is All We Need". For women particularly attuned to relaxing, ethereal tones, this is an excellent album have in your collection. Different musical styles were used sparingly, and the strong Celtic influence contributes to the subtle harmonies and gentle rhythms. Trying to describe what genre this album fits in is unfortunately like trying to describe to someone what Enya sounds like. So don't ponder on it. Just close your eyes, and imagine you're having tea with the Grande Dame of Simplicity at Newton's Chapel while listening to Felicity Stark's lovely vocals. You may find that you, too, will be mesmerized, and yearning for more, will play it again, and again, and again.

      "Under Triple Moons" compiles their very earliest privately recorded tape-only for fans-only cassette tape recordings, commercially released for the very first time! Tracks were selected by Edward Ka-Spel, the band's enigmatic leader and vocalist.

      All tracks recorded in London at Chez Dots between 1980 and 1984. All tracks are exclusive to this CD. All tracks previously released on private edition cassette-only.

      This disc contains an interesting mix of early LPD material.When I first heard this set I was very disappointed as this was my first LPD disc and I had heard so much about them.At the time it seemed to me to be amateurish and badly recorded( and very obviously Eighties style music..never my favourite decade).
      However..something about it kept drawing me back and I have really come to like this disc a lot.I would not recommend this as a first LPD disc( how about Crushed Velvet Apocalypse...)but it certainly has merit...and will find a place in the collection of every true fan of the band.
      Favourite tracks..well obviously "Premonition 1 & 2" (these seem so much more advanced than some of the other tracks here,and I am a fan of the series) ,"Splash" ( I know the feeling) and "The Whore of Babylon" .
      All in all this is a very good collection,but not the place to start.

      Imagery both dark and bright is weaved into the genre-defying sound of Legendary Pink Dots. Under Triple Moons is a collection of their dreamy, throbbing ambience at its finest.

      This album is a collection of the Legendary Pink Dots' older, unreleased, and rare cuts. All of them very raw and dated, and can't compare with their newer... dare I say... accessible, work.

      If you're a Pink Dots aficianado like I am, then naturally you must pick up this album simply because it represents an evolutionary step in the Dots' varied musical history. If you're just starting out however, I would guide you to "The Maria Dimension," "Nine Lives to Wonder," "Crushed Velvet Apocalypse," or "Chemical Playschool Vol. 8 & 9."

      This is one of those genre defying albums that can/will never be copied. My words can not do this album justice. On the surface it sounds so simple, yet it will put you in a trance. This is one of my top ten favorite cds of all time. This is by far LPD's best work (at least, the best work i've heard).

      For the deeply spirited Jay Hoggard, this special album is a
      signature statement in a distinguished career filled with many
      such bright moments.
      This, however, is even more. THE RIGHT PLACE bears the burning
      urgency of a master artist taking charge of his expression, a
      musician of great Faith and touching Joy making the most joyful
      of noises to uplift the heart and the mind. The debut album for
      the vibraphone master's own JHVM Recordings, THE RIGHT PLACE
      sings and swings with gleeful authority bearing a calm, winning
      impact.
      A rhapsodic travelog of the Black aesthetic at its globespanning
      finest, Hoggard and friends weave a potent dance which takes us
      from tropic mist and sprawling veldt, through the challenge of

      multifaceted Dwight Andrews is outstanding on reeds and flute,
