About the Artist
Blowhole is a continually evolving musical collective headed by founder Jeph Jerman and Johnny-come-lately Patrick Barber. The band has existed as a live quartet, as two separate live units in two different states, and as a tape project that constructed music via traded cassettes. The band explores improvisation and new music forms with electric and acoustic instruments, as well as found sounds. Blowhole was originally formed by Jerman in 1985.
