This album really is crap, but..........2007-07-26

I have been waiting for "Little Miss Dangerous" to hit iTunes just to download the title track. No surprise Ted has tried to hide this record's existence. It's an embarrassing compromise in his flailing attempt to stay commercially viable in a time when pretty hair bands were taking over from the old arena rockers. But the title tune was the focal song of maybe the greatest episode of "Miami Vice." This gorgeous chick was a psycho murderous hooker, and the Nooge's song was a perfect fit. It's a great listen. The rest is shameful.

If Ted hadn't gone all ego and broke up the band that recorded the "Ted Nugent" solo rebranding back in the mid-Seventies, I bet we would have gotten a lot more and more memorable music out of Nugent. No, Ted, I can't stand to listen to you sing. Derek was a better singer. Meat Loaf was a better singer. Don Van Vliet would have been a better singer.

But Ted is an extraordinarily talented guitarist. "Tooth Fang and Claw" and "Ted Nugent" were spectacular recordings that belong in your collection.

This is probably one of the most overlooked of Ted's CDs....
Sure it was the 80's, big deal..it is still a pretty damn good CD...I put it up there with Free For All & Weekend Warriors as 1 of my favs. 5 of the Tracks made it to radio, thats not bad.
This CD sounds a lot different than most of Nug's stuff...but it's still well worth a listen. For me, this is the last real CD he put out.

Wow, this album is terrible. Ted has really slipped since the 1970's and 1980's. Light your money on fire before you use it to buy this crap.

Best Nuge Album of The 80's.......2003-12-03

Very cool groove to this album. The Title track is the best on the whole album. This is an album you wanna crank up when both windows are down and you're cruisin' the highway. The 80's saw Nuge change w/ the times, as well as many other 70's groups like KISS, COOPER, AEROSMITH, OZZY, ETC. Definantly if you buy any Nuge from the 80's album get this one. "Painkiller," "Angry Young Man," "Take Me Away," and "Strangers.," along w/ the title track are the best cuts on this album. MUST FOR NUGE FANS!!!

Great music,loved 'Little miss dangerous' and 'Angry young man',Teddy plays a drug dealer in one episode with 'Angry young man',in another tv-episode without him,the story plot is about a 15 year old white hooker who Tubbs(Michael Philip Thomas) tries to help,includes the song 'Little miss dangerous',long live the Ted......
