5 out of 5 stars Awesome CD.......2007-05-11

Have enjoyed this CD immensely with our four-year old. Great price for the quality. Thank you.

5 out of 5 stars He started dancing as soon as we put it on!.......2007-01-09

My 12 month old loves this CD and happily bops away to the music (in the car he sometimes even starts singing!). We like it too and not being very well versed in Classical music, it is a nice mix for us.

5 out of 5 stars Better than baby einstein.......2006-02-26

This is a great CD, with great music, at a great price. Everyone seems to love Baby Einstein, but I don't like the plinking music on those CD's, I like real orchestral pieces to stimulate my child. This is exactly what parents need, at a good price!

5 out of 5 stars great music at a great price.......2006-02-02

I got this cd to use as background when putting my 18 month old to sleep and for car rides. So far it has not made it out of the car. The cd is wonderful. The first song is the Luftansa airline comercial song (that is what my husband calls it) and is beautiful. I didn't think my husband would enjoy the cd at all but he doesn't mind one bit listening to it, he actually will put it on himself when we get in the car. My daughter loves it and will often start nodding her head back and forth to songs. I actually listen to it even when my daughter is not in the car. The music is soft and relaxing but not boring. It is also one of the only cd's that my in laws don't mind listening to when they are in the car with us.

I only paid like $4 here on amazon for it and I gladdly would of paid more for such a great cd. Its a great cd for such a great price!

5 out of 5 stars A Wonderful CD for all ages.......2002-11-03

My whole family has enjoyed this CD. It is very upbeat and easy to listen to. I think there is something for everyone on this one.

3 out of 5 stars Typical Mancini.......2007-03-25

First, I really like Mancini's music generally and I am really concerned that he may be one of the greats of American music who will soon be forgotten if he hasn't been already. (US music schools tend to be a little snobby and don't give a number of truly great American composers their due.) However, the mix of this particular CD is simply too average. Many good songs are not on it and some weak ones are. I would not recommend this CD except to ManciniPhiles like me.

4 out of 5 stars It's Hard to Believe He's Gone.......2006-05-23

Henry Mancini gave us so much of our consciousness of the 1960s and 1970s, and yet was "out" almost as soon as he was "in."

His work became synonymous with much-despised "elevator music" in the later 1960s. This stereotype (or monotype, for his earliest works) can mislead.

For example, "Lujon" [not in this collection] was used in a movie just last year to exemplify mystery and an exotic atmosphere.

Mancini dies way too young. While some would argue that he'd become a self-parody, his innate gifts compromised by relentless commercialization, you cannot take away his lasting gift to our culture. He was an original, and he captured an essence of our collective experience.

He's here in this collection, waiting round the bend, my Huckleberry friend.

4 out of 5 stars Nostalgic.......2006-02-20

A great trip down memory lane. The selections sound just like I remember them from the movies and the radio. Enjoy

5 out of 5 stars On connaît tous sa musique, beaucoup moins son nom..........2005-09-20

5 out of 5 stars Henry Mancini's Greatest Hits.......2005-07-13

This CD is all one needs to understand why this dude is the master when it comes to composing. Having been introduced to this great human being at an early age, my fascination for his work is still a vital part of my being. This CD is just what I have always wanted. It has all the classics, along with some older gems I never knew existed. I love it so much, that I am going to send my mama back home one. She was, is and always will be perhaps his GREATEST FAN ever. If you just can't live without Mancini's music, then this CD is for you. Enjoy, enjoy,
enjoy!!

This Robert Rodriguez-written-and-directed half of Grindhouse, his and Quentin Tarantino's $50+ million valentine to '70s exploitation fare, turns on the typically over-the-top tale of a go-go dancer (Rose McGowan) whose severed leg is replaced by an assault weapon-cum-prosthetic. But unlike the typically frenzied stew of pop gems, vintage soundtrack obscurities, and dizzy oddities Tarantino uses to score his Death Proof half of the project, Rodriguez continues his John Carpenter-inspired habit of writing and performing the music for his. Anchored by a snarling, guitar-driven instrumental title theme that sounds like it was piped in straight from a strip club in Hades, the director's score is a gritty, frequently metal-driven sonic m#233;lange. Previous musical cohort Graeme Revell again collaborates on a handful of tracks (with additional contributions from Carl Thiel, George Oldziey, and Rick Del Castillo), and there are moments that instantly recall their dank work on Sin City, particularly the throbbing sax-uality of "Grindhouse Blues." Star McGowan contributes a trio of languorously wasted vocal turns on a cover of "You Belong to Me" and the alternately electro-clubby/flamencoesque Rodriguez originals "Useless Talent #42" and "Two Against the World." Completing the score's evocative musical recipe, Nouvelle Vague offer up a breathy, tongue-in-cheek cover of the Dead Kennedys' "Too Drunk to Fuck" while Chingon turns in a searing, Latin-metal fusion take of Rodriguez's own "Cherry's Dance of Death." --Jerry McCulley

Album Description

"Grind House" - noun - A downtown movie theater -- in disrepair since its glory days as a movie palace of the '30s and '40s -- known for "grinding out" non-stop double-bill programs of B-movies. From groundbreaking directors Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez comes the ultimate film experience: a double-bill of thrillers that will recall both filmmakers' favorite exploitation films. GRIND HOUSE will be presented as one full-length feature comprised of two individual films helmed separately by each director. Tarantino's film, Death Proof, is a rip-roaring slasher flick where the killer pursues his victims with a car rather than a knife, while Rodriguez's film explores an alien world eerily familiar to ours in Planet Terror. Welcome to the grind house -- it'll tear you in two.

The riveting score for GRIND HOUSE is by Rodriguez himself.

Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars Not A "Tarantino" Soundtrac.......2007-05-15

Robert Rodriguez makes really good movies and he definitely is a good "guitar" player. But, these recent soundtracks are not what we got with "Desperado" or "From Dusk to Dawn". I mean this soundtrack is just that, "soundtrack sounds and riffs" from the movie. They work good in the movie, but your not going to want to listen to them on their own. Totally unlike a "Tarantino" soundtrack that has actual "songs" on it by artists that you will want to listen to separate of the movie. I'm a "guitar player" and although I respect Robert Rodriguez as a guitar player, I'll probably never buy one of his "soundtracks" again. What's the point, just watch the movie.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome movie... awesome soundtrack!.......2007-04-27

Anyone who went to see Grindhouse and is now looking at the soundtrack for Planet Terror, I know exactly why you're either thinking of or already have purchased it. It's because of the main title theme. Quite possibly one of the coolest movie themes ever composed.

I'll spare you a detailed report of the CD. It's awesome. Possibly one of the best movie soundtracks ever composed, beats out the Sin City soundtrack... something I previously didn't think was possible. A must have for any music fans!

4 out of 5 stars Some Great Hard Jams And A Cool Throwback To An Era.......2007-04-14

The joint film venture by Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino, "Grindhouse," is a throwback to the cult classic grindhouse movies of the 70s and 80s, it is only fitting that the musical score does the same. But like the movie itself, the music is both an update and a throwback. For "Planet Terror" Robert Rodriguez, the one-man film production crew, again takes composing duties upon himself as he did in "Sin City." Along with some guest work by Graeme Revell and the band Chingon, Rodriguez captures both tne synth feel of the 80s horror film scores and produces some hard rockin' jams that stand on their own. "Grindhouse (Main Titles)" is a scorching opening with a raunchy sax and ripping, flamenco Arabic guitar that sets the tone for "Planet Terror," this is like stripper music from hell and indeed, Rodriguez's on set love interest, Rose McGowan, does a great go-go dance number to this song in the opening titles of the film. Other tracks like "Hospital Epidemic" and "His Prescription" capture that synthesized feel of the old horror movies with a fan boy's glee. "Useless Talent #32" and "You Belong To Me" feature McGowan singing. She has a wonderfully sexy, deep voice with a jazzy feel. She also croons on "Two Against The World." What Rodriguez shows here is a real sense of good film scoring, much of this material can sometimes even feel a little too elevated for a grindhouse flick. Rodriguez in the past has provided great music for "Kill Bill Vol. 2" and his own "Once Upon A Time In Mexico," both featured great songs and again, a kind of musical emotion sometimes too grand or too well-assembled for what Rodriguez's films deserve. It's almost as if the man is a popcorn filmmaker with the soul of a true musician inside. His guitar playing in "Planet Terror" is awesome with notes that glide, slide and rip hard. Fans will not be disappointed, the soundtrack is campy, fun, exciting and expertly produced and played. "Planet Terror" delivers more than what you would expect.

5 out of 5 stars The soundtrack to "Grindhouse: Planet Terror" is great!.......2007-04-08

The soundtrack to "Grindhouse: Planet Terror" is great! The score by Robert Rodriguez is excellent. Great music from a great movie.

The second volume of the master Warner Bros. cartoon composer's work downplays the head-spinning montage of the first in favor of just-as-head-spinning complete scores. They aren't from the studio's best-known cartoons but from some of Stalling's most impressive tempo-warping, all-systems-go pieces, augmented by a few mini-pieces that illustrate the way he could transform barely familiar show tunes and classical themes into wild, rubbery jokes. Even without images, Stalling could make an orchestra suggest a "Flea-Ridden Sheep Dog" in 24 seconds flat and run enough changes on Stephen Foster's "Camptown Races" to match every mood in a Foghorn Leghorn cartoon. The head-snapping reversals of his scores anticipate much later avant-garde music. --Douglas Wolk

5 out of 5 stars The Carl Stalling Project Vols 1 & 2.......2007-01-11

Are the names Mel Blanc, I. Freleng or Chuck Jones familiar to you? Then you will get a charge out of these albums as they remind you of Warner Brothers cartoons you saw. I even used these albums instead of "spooky music" for the trick-or-treaters at Halloween, and got appreciative comments from the parents who recognized the music. Definitely worth the price of admission.

5 out of 5 stars Better Stalling's CD.......2006-05-09

As well as Stalling Project Part I, These recordings are more modern fidelity, less classic and more musical techniques. The improvisations appreciate me more than Part I. I like all tracks especially one from "Zoom and Bored" Salute Maestro!!!!

3 out of 5 stars The Carl Stalling Project Volume 2.......2005-09-12

More music from Warner Brother Cartoons 1936 to 1958.
Carl Stalling was one of the foremost composers of music for cartoons and wrote virtually all of the scores for Warner Brothers cartoons from 1936 to 1958. This is a compilation of some complete soundtracks and other snippets. In my opinion, this disk is not quite as well done as "The Carl Stalling Project Volume I."

4 out of 5 stars A nice follow up.......2003-03-09

I really did like the slice-and-dice format of the first disc : I think it helped keep that cartoon zaniness without the visuals. I would recommend both volumes - I listen to them alot while I'm programming!

5 out of 5 stars Now, every time I watch cartoons, I listen to the music!.......2001-08-07

Carl Stalling. We all know who he is, but we don't know that we know. Who is he? The guy who did cartoon background music for Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies for more than 20 years, that's who. Maybe you're thinking, "Oh, come on! Cartoon background music??! How good could something so trivial be?!" The answer to that question is.. VERY. Very entertaining. I just love Carl Stalling's great "scores". When you take away the context of it's being CARTOON music and just sit and listen to the damn thing, it's WONDERFUL music in and of itself! He goes from violins and a piano playing "agitato" simultaneously to a single oboe note and back again in five seconds. Not only that. He does that and, as random as it may sound, he mannages to segue it together beautifully. Now, every time I watch cartoons, the thing I pay most attention to is what aural miracles Mr. Stalling sneaked in. Maybe, after listening to this, you will too. If anything will change after you listen to this, it would be that you'll never think of cartoon music as trivial again........That's a GOOD thing.

What started out as a high school band has turned into a well-oiled heavy metal machine. This CD is proof that five young men from Ohio can enter the professional heavy metal market. Josh Owen, on bass, excels on this CD. The ten songs include Leviathan which is a crowd favorite when performed live. In this genre of music, it's nice to hear the melody. Can't wait to hear what's next for this fresh, young, group!

5 out of 5 stars BIASED.......2007-02-04

Charles Manson is absolutely insane. He doesn't know what he is saying or doing, and he has no conscience at all. However, buried under all that chaos is a genius with extraordinary talent. You don't blame someone with mental retardation for who they are. It is simply not their fault or choice. Manson may not be retarded, but he's most definitely a paranoid schizophrenic. I don't believe he was always insane. I think all the dope and LSD he did brought out his latent mental illness. There is no doubt a crazy man is singing these songs. This is before he lost all sanity and still had some grip on reality, although obviously not entirely. Be biased if you will, but the simple fact remains. He has a beautiful voice and plays the guitar wonderfully. He is not a good man at all. I agree he is a pitiful disgrace to humanity. As for the music on this CD, it is a gateway into the mind of a madman. A madman with genuine talent, regardless what any of you Manson hater's say.

3 out of 5 stars So bad it's good.......2006-09-24

From my understanding, this is essentially a demo Charlie recorded before his time of infamy. The music alternates between hippie folk rock and trance jams (droning sitar/violin). Every now and then, he actually comes close to getting it "right" because a few of the tracks on here are admittedly catchy. You can tell that he's at least trying, though whether he actually suceeds is subjective. Personally, I'd say "no" but in a way that's half of this album's charm. If you have a sick sense of humor (ie: you think "Manos: the hands of fate" is a *comedy*] then you will probably like this. Otherwise, stay away.

5 out of 5 stars A KILLER CLASSIC!!!.......2006-07-05

First of all, this is my opinion about the recording and the songs. I will not talk about the killer and the madman of course he is. That's another story. But I think he had ability for songwriting. Let's not forget that he co-wrote the songs with Dennis Wilson, who's more time in the music business than Manson. This gives the album an interesting turn. The lyrics are completely twisted and senseless but the music is very good for me. Sad to say that the record became a classic for the insanity that went behind the man who created it, but it's true. I like "Ego", "Look at your game, girl" (though I prefer Guns N'Roses version), and "Mechanical Man". It's amazing to listen to this album and imagine that is sung by a killer! It's unbelievable! But it's thrilling as well!

1 out of 5 stars I gotta go along with "MEWZIK" on this one!.......2006-06-03

Did "MEWZIK" say something about, they should cut off Manson's hands and vocal cords, considering what he had his people do to others who had even more talent (i.e., Sharon Tate)... OK, I'll go along with that. Anyone else in favor, let's get together and suggest that to the authorities. From what little I've previewed of this CD, that beast had little or no talent...and it's on an audio CD???? Hell, if I'd known that it was THAT easy to release an audio CD of that low of quality and talent...I myself would have done so a long time ago!!
If you're not in your right mind, you might actually enjoy this CD. If you are in your right mind...you'll probably agree with "MEWZIK" and myself.
Oh well...for what that was worth...That and about $1.48 might get you a cheap cup of coffee these days...

Amazon.com's Best of 1999

Always acknowledged as sloppy, laissez-faire geniuses of the indie set, Pavement continue to refine their singles-to-noise ratio on Terror Twilight. Working with Beck and Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, the lyrics remain inscrutable, but the songs, which opened up slightly on Brighten the Corners, finally begin to reveal themselves. --Randy Silver

Amazon.com essential recording

Terror Twilight is Pavement's fifth proper studio album and perhaps their most confident effort to date. Opening with the surprisingly subdued leadoff single, the sinewy-sweet "Spit on a Stranger" (which sounds like the Velvet Underground after a couple of cartwheels), it's clear that Pavement is in no hurry to re-create Slanted and Enchanted's fractured and raw indie-pop. Instead of short bursts of jive poetry and razor guitars, the band opts for slightly longer songs with more subdued sonic explorations. Still, Terror Twilight never quite veers off into predictable directions; the boys' talent continues to confound expectations. Unforeseenly unironic heartstrings seem to be the thing these days for Pavement. This album boasts their finest ballads to date--"Major Leagues" and "Stranger"--but the days of fiery songs like "No Life for Ginger" may be over. Malkmus and crew seem to be heading in the same avant-pop direction as Built to Spill. But while Pavement may be more laid-back, they're still standing firm. Terror Twilight could be the bedrock upon which they build the rest of their career. --Jason Josephes

3 out of 5 stars Decent swan song for seminal band hardly capitolizes on their true indie brilliance.......2007-05-08

3 1/2

Legendary alternative band's final outing was a partially successful synthesis of the cerebral pop hooks and angular sonic assaults the band had become known for. This partially succeeds only because one can hear too much strain in trying to get that synthesis correct. It was a beautiful and appropriate way to go, but Terror Twilight holds fewer compelling songs then past albums. A strong 1-2 finish brings to light the unnecessary distractions that a possibly splintering band indulged while spraying excessive off-kilter sentiment all around some of their more access able basic melodies, and only in a determined minimalist approach guided by the haunted guitar melodies from Malkmus (The Hexx), does it seem we are once again reminded of Pavement's true genius.

5 out of 5 stars Reap the Benefits.......2007-05-02

Like most music I have come to Pavement, in the words of Giant Sand, "always late and a day behind"; glad I did though, because through their music I have come to realize their place, mine as well, in modern rock & roll. Being of the Generation X variety, I was sucked into the Nirvana/Alice in Chains/Pearl Jam, etc. vortex of alternative rock without the proper introduction to bands like The Minutemen and later, Pavement. It seems like California and Seattle shared the same scene with the development of alternative/indie rock, with Seattle gaining more commercial notoriety, in my opinion. In any case, Pavement's status seems cemented, and after listening to Terror Twilight, I believe it. After listening to this record I could certainly hear the similarity of sound and thematic development currently harnessed by bands like Modest Mouse, the late great Grandaddy and even Wilco. This being Pavement's last release, it is the lasting impression I take from the band. Though I've listened to their other albums, which I have no problems with, none comes off as cohesive and polished like `Terror Twilight', though `Brighten the Corners' comes close.

Through and through, the album is consistently solid with the laid-back yet intense machinations of the `genius slacker' mentality. Surprising that after only one listen I couldn't find a song I didn't like. There are real standouts here...'You are a Light', 'Cream of Gold', `Folk Jam', `Major Leagues', `Billie', `...and Carrot Rope' come to mind immediately. The complexity of the lyrics is evident; you know you've found a good band that delivers something new upon each listen. Even when the rhythm and melodies are so catchy that the lyrics take a back seat, that's a great sign too. In any case, I'm glad I found Pavement. Not my favorite band, but `Terror Twilight' is becoming a favorite album.

5 out of 5 stars Introducing Pavement... and their final album........2007-02-19

As a latecomer to the Pavement party, I found their earlier efforts more difficult to dive into, at least initially. The raw guitar and unique vocal-style with those often bizarre, stream-of-consciousness lyrics created an overall lazy sound that was too much (or too little) for me at the time. Then I stumbled upon Terror Twilight (thanks to Nickel Creek's 2003 cover of "Spit on a Stranger"), a Malkmus-heavy, darker, yet more straight-forward, Pavement album that serves as not only the perfect segway into Malkmus' solo career, but also as a wonderful starting point for any listener who was unfamiliar with the band's earlier works. I wouldn't call it their best (everyone seems to have a different opinion here - mine would be 1997's Brighten the Corners) nor would I call it their most influential or experimental (1992's Slanted and Enchanted). I do, however, have no problem calling it their most approachable album and for this reason, it deserves high ratings. Songs like "Spit on a Stranger", "Folk Jam" and "and Carrot Rope" keep the unfamiliar listener interested while songs like "the Hexx" ease that listener into the idea of Pavement. And after going through their catalog, it is safe to say that Pavement is now my favorite band, thanks in no small part to their final album.

1 out of 5 stars Bad.......2006-03-22

What is this? Worst ever. This should never have been recorded. An embarrassmenrt...

5 out of 5 stars Lo fi go Hi fi.......2005-07-29

Pavement's last album(or arguably Malkmus' first solo record)sees them embrace a fuller, more streamlined sound that surprisingly (since their initial charm was their roughness)works in their advantage giving Malkmus' songwriting a more refined tone and enhancing the band's challenging musical detours.
It's no "Crooked Rain,Crooked Rain" but "Terror Twilight" ends the group's run in an undeniable high(Carrot Rope,Spit on a Stranger and Cream of Gold are already among their classics)and it also gave very positive clues of what Stephen Malkmus' solo career would sound like.

4 out of 5 stars ALWAYS AGAINST THE ODDS!!!.......2006-03-15

As the sticker on the front of this album implies, Terror take pride in the fact that they're making straight up, no holds barred, trend proof hardcore for the kids that love it. And I'd be lying if I said this album wasn't no holds barred.

From the very first track to the end of the album, you're gonna get pummeled by straight forward, no bulls*it hardcore tunes sounding like a cross between old school Hatebreed and Madball. Vocalist Scott Vogel's shout actually brings to mind Jamey Jasta, who does guest vocals on a track on this album, as does Madball's singer and Danny Diablo.

The songs are for the most part fast, but occasionally Terror switch it up and go into a breakdown. If you're a fan of hardcore just for the breakdowns, you could probably skip this album, as Terror are more a fast paced-hardcore band than a band with heavy emphasis on breakdowns.

The lyrics are about being strong, taking no s*it and standing up for what you believe in. The guitars are grinding, downtuned and heavy as hell. The drums are just powerful. So if you're a fan of good ol' hardcore, pick this album up, as it satisfies for the most part, but near the end of the album it gets a bit tiring and starts to all sound alike, which is why I brought the rating down to 4. But other than that, Terror have made an album worthy of the hype and I'll be in the pit for 'em at Sounds of the Underground this year!

4 out of 5 stars Not quite as brutal as lowest of the low.......2006-03-06

Terror, along with Ringworm, is making some of the angriest hardcore out these days but their
paths are starting to stray a bit. While the latest Ringworm "Justice Replaced By Revenge" is
faster and deadlier than anything they've even done, Terror has decided to shed a bit of their non-
stop attack in favor of bigger breakdowns and a slower, more menacing metallic growl. That's
not to say this isn't first and foremost a hardcore record. There are still plenty of fast paced cuts
here that would leave ordinary hardcore bands gasping for air but nothing that approaches the
sheer ferocity of their debut.

Instead they've managed to steer the focus of the songs into the breakdowns. While not as
complex or intricately timed as a lot of the metalcore acts out today, they never the less manage
to pulverize you with their simple brutality. My only gripe is they are a bit too simple, like they were
purposely going for a more stripped down sound. The songs here, while punishing in their own
right, are almost devoid of the double bass drums which frequented their last album. Seems like
a bit of a contradiction to go in a more metallic route but ditch one of the mainstays of the genre.
Personally I think a little more double bass would have made these songs even angrier but they
probably drew the ire of hardcore purists on their last record so they decided to tone it down this
record. Of course they probably still managed to disappoint them by busting out straight up metal
riffs like the centerpiece on "Spit My Rage" which would be comfortable on any Slayer record.

On the whole this is definitely a great record but if these guys continue to go down a more
breakdown heavy path they need to beef up the intensity in order to compete with the legions and
legions of metalcore bands whose stock and trade is the crushing breakdown. Otherwise they'll
go from a great hardcore band to a mediocre metalcore band.

Check out more reviews at ohboydestroy.

5 out of 5 stars Paul Conroy is an idiot!!!.......2006-03-03

(...)Every so called "hardcore" band you listed is nothing but metal, or metal-core (...). Anyway, this is real hardcore, even if you don't like the whole tough guy attitude these guys carry, the songs have a very positive feel( as do the lyrics, read between the lines people). It has the sing alongs, the breakdowns( for all you mosher kids) and the hooks to make up a very real hardcore release. If you get the chance, see them live, awsome show. Really nice guys too. A great album from a great bunch of guys who try( and succeed) to pay tribute to the bands before them, while paving a path for the new generation of hardcore.

3 out of 5 stars not enough Galway.......2003-10-02

There are only four songs with James Galway. The way this recording is presented is misleading and buyers should be aware that this is NOT a joint effort between these two great artists.. I was totally disappointed. I think Henry Mancini is wonderful but was expecting to hear a collaboration. So if you're looking for flute music this isn't it. However it's a great collecton of Henry Mancini's work.

5 out of 5 stars Too Good to Last.......2000-03-03

I heard this on PBS. Galway and Mancini may be two of the most talented musicians of our century. Galway for his complete mastery of the flute and Mancini for his ability to arrange , produce and in this instance direct the orchestra while Galway performs. They do several duets of a comical nature as well. This is important because it is one of Mancini's last efforts prior to his unfortunate passing.

Terror Fabulous is definetly one of the most Talented DJ to bless the Mic. This album is a demonstation of his versatility. A well put together blend of reality and rude boy songs. Terror gives us potent lyrical content on tracks like "Mr. Big Man" and "From Birth". To classic dancehall tracks like "Gangsta's Anthem" and "Number 2" and one of the first original dancehall songs to gain international popularity "Action" which he did with Nadine Sutherland. For those who say that Buju Banton dejayed on that track; ask yourself this question, Why would Buju Banton do a big song like that and let another DJ take credit for it?
Sean Paul "Gimme Di Light" was not the first dancehall song to become a hit, Terror Fabulous run di place wid "Action" back in the early 90s. This ablum could have done as well as Sean Paul's Dutty Rock album, had it gotten the same promotional support. Terror Fabulous is one of the best Dancehall DJ ever. This album is a classic, and a must have for any Reggae and Dancehall fan.

Listen- action is buju. I dont care who says what, action is buju. You can even hear Dave Kelly in the backround, just like a Buju song. It even has the riddim from love how the gal dem flex, a buju song. Buju, Nadine, Terror, and Dave Kelly could deny it if they want, but they'd be wrong. Otherwise, the cd is good.
