2 out of 5 stars A tribute to a lengendary band.......2000-08-23

It's the seconde official tribute to iron maiden and it's less good than the first; the choice of music it's worse because they are always in the same musical style, almost the works of bands who give the tribute is just a works of copy even if it's symphatic to listen them, there is an air of deja-vu. For a fan it's just an album to add in your collection...

3 out of 5 stars Maiden tributes.......2005-09-25

Anyone looking for a Maiden tribute album that doesn't suck? Haha! Get Worlds Only Female Tribute to Iron Maiden by the Iron Maidens... these chicks can rock!!!

4 out of 5 stars Not bad at all!.......2001-04-08

Anyone that's heard most other Maiden tributes (like 'A Call To The Irons volume I & II' or 'Slave A To The Power') know their like a slap to Iron Maiden's face!! It's just a bunch of death/black metal singers from horrible bands screaming into the mic like friggin' morons!! How anybody could like that crap is beyond me! But this tribute album however is pretty damn good, nice vocals and good musicians. And I love the fact that Paul Di'Anno (the original Iron Maiden singer) did some songs. It would have been REALLY COOL if he'd done some post Iron Maiden songs (to let us hear what Maiden would have been like had he not have departed from the band in the first place) but it was still very cool to hear him do the tributes he did. So if your looking for an Iron Maiden tribute CD this is the one to get.

1 out of 5 stars A tribute?.......2000-04-06

I have bought every Iron Maiden Tribute album I can get my hands on and so far they are all good except for this one. Overall it was a very major dissappointment. The lyrics as well as the music are very watered down and it seems that most of the album is just Paul trying to cover some of his former band's music, and not very successfully

4 out of 5 stars Excellent tribute of melodic vocalists.......2000-01-30

Although this is the only Maiden tribute in my collection, I believe it is the best. I've listened to samples of others. I believe the others don't cut it with death metal gutterals. I don't care for all of the singers on here but a few did excellent jobs. Goes to show how difficult it is to imitate Bruce. Only too much Paul Di'anno on here. My opinion is tribute isn't really a tribute if it contains a former lead singer of that very band, but all in all, it's good and I enjoy it. Best cuts are 2 Mins. to Midnight, Hallowed be thy name and the Trooper. Anyway definitely a keeper. By the way, Paul Di'anno songs sound re-mixed; different from original 1st two albums, could he it be he re-sang for this cd?

4 out of 5 stars For hardcore Maiden Fans.......1999-08-23

This is a very good tribute to one of the best bands of rock history. If you like rock, buy this album.... and if you like Iron Maiden you MUST buy this album...all the songs are very good. Ofcourse no one can do better singin on Maiden songs than Dickinson himself but the music overall is very good. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because there are already like 3 tributes to Maiden and thats a lot of competition and if you have all maiden albums and all tribute albums this one will be all repetition to you and nothing will be new. But I highly recommend this album to rock fans!
