Wonderful Produce From Vintersorg's Side Project.......2004-06-10
This album is one of my favorite folk metal albums of all time. The perfect blend of guitar, violins, flutes and Vintersorg's vocals (all sung in Swedish, mind you)... it's ecstasy on your musical senses. It is beautifully written and produced; it gives you a good feeling the whole time you're listening to it. I was reminded of Lord of the Rings at one point, the violins sounded eerily familiar. I just had one complaint: it had to end sooner or later. But I was happy, the final song "Skymningsdans" leaves you satisfied with the experience and creates a longing for more. Hopefully the project will be revived soon!
