The Fetus' Most Technical Work Yet.......2007-04-22

Dying Fetus has always been one of the most interesting technical brutal death metal bands I have heard, and this album, "Killing on Adrenaline", is definite proof. First off, we have Kevin Talley behind drums, and last time I checked, he is an amazing technical blaster. John Gallagher is a unique vocalist with his mix of brutal death gutturals and his screams. The music is the most interesting. The band adds in a groove to prove that they're not just some monotone speed-fixated brutal death metal band, and they do this by adding in crunchy breakdowns to catch the ears. Again, we have excellent, complex song structures added in as well. The bass is technical and audible as well, especially in "We Are Your Enemy". I highly recommend this album if you enjoy the styles of Suffocation and early Internal Bleeding, which is brutal death with a dash of groove and technicality.

I heard destroy the opposition before this and I didn't think
Dying Fetus could top that. Well was I wrong. The album before
that(killing on adrenaline),was 10 times more brutal and technical...well they are both technical,but this one is faster. And yes,this is the catchiest deathmetal band out there that can be catchy without you getting sick of the music,like that crapy band six feet under.The music found on here does make your adrenaline flow and want to smash everything in your path.
GREAT F**KING ALBUM!...I WILL HOPEFULLY SOON BUY THIS.

-- THE OCCASIONAL SOLO THAT FEELS SLAPPED-ON AND IN NO WAY ADDS TO THE SONG
-- AN ANGRY BEAR ON VOCALS

In other words, I loved it! More comic death metal that'll have you in stitches! Laughs galore!

the best dying fetus album period destroy and purifacation are great too but dont come close to this one fornication terroists(track 3)is one of the best songs i ever heard from the genere easily one of the best albums ever made if you like drumming then you need this album kevin talley is 1 of the best in the world and he proves it here (and on grotesque and destroy) if you like blasting death grind this album is for you 1 word just sums it up perfect

The best Fetus album so far..........2003-09-01

Dying Fetus are one of America's best death metal/grind bands and on this album, their third and final release before signing with Relapse Records, is in my opinion, their best.

Killing on Adrenaline contains eight crushing slabs of brutal death/grind, mixing grinding blasts with an awesome groove, jaw-dropping technicality and their trademark dual vocal assault, with bassist/lyricist Jason Netherton (on mid-high pitch duties) and guitarist John Gallagher (providing the ultra low guttural burps). The production is thick and meaty and extremely underground.

Killing on Adrenaline is quite simply a death metal masterpiece and a superior album to its excellent predecessor: Purification Through Violence, which should be owned by anyone who claims to be a fan of top notch technical death/grind. This album also features the Fetus debut of one of metal's elite drummer's, Kevin Talley.

Anyone who thinks that the career of Dying Fetus begun with their Relapse debut, Destroy the Opposition, needs to open their eyes and ears and discover Infatuation with Malevolence (the crushing debut), Purification through Violence and this devastating third triumph on Morbid Records. All hail Dying Fetus!!!
