For Christ's Sake.......2006-10-03
I like the Exploited and I love their music. And note that I'm not a "punk rocker" because most people who claim to be "punk rock" are just a little clique that accuses everyone of being a poser. Everything is about being "punk rock" and it gets old. Just grow up and stop whining about your punks and posers.
yo why people gotta hate.......2006-08-25
you people are dumb and throw around the word punk to easily and make it sound so comercial stop worrying about what other people think and say about music and do your own thing stop hatin thats true "punk". so f@#K off deathmetal90 you are the biggest poser here. by the way im really 18 i just this just seemed easiaer and quicker to do
Are you a "poser" or "poseur".......2006-08-19
While the lyrics are simple,The Exploited are not.If you ever saw a live show in the 80's or 90's or 2k's, then you know that they will blow just about any current PR band away. Its funny how all the people that "used" to listen to bands like this are to cool now to admit it . Tape,Vinyl, or CD , "Punks not Dead" is always worth a listen. Think back and remember a time when your simple existence revolved around telling authority to F*** OFF. Now put this album on and tell yourself the same thing.
Good CD.......2006-07-23
Hey deathmetal90, you're a total idiot! Just because someone doesn't like this cd, it doesn't mean they like good charlotte. I happen to like the exploited. I also like a global threat, cock sparrer, and choking victim. However, I don't like crass or the subhumans. I think they were good bands and very influential, I just don't like their music. Am I a poser? And timothy farrel, though I disagree with him, made some very good points and knows what he is talking about. The overall inteligience of his review was about 100 times that of yours. You are much more of a poser than he.
Punks not dead! IT'S NOT!.......2006-01-16
This has got to be one of the best punk albums ever to be made. Ranks right up there with Nevermind the Bollocks from The Pistols. A must for any punk rock collector.

Customer Reviews:
A good album to start with........2005-09-27
This is one of those CDs that you literally end up listening for almost a year or year and a half. this album is literaly that good. I could just say for fans that this is required.
The Barmy Army!.......2005-01-17
Great Exploited. At times the lyrics are laughable, but for a bunch of punks in the late 70s and 80s, it didn't matter, and it still doesn't. Great, catchy punk rock music, and it beats modern Exploited with a stick. I would recommend this to any punk rock or Oi! fan, old or young, old school or new school. This CD I think can appeal to punks, skins, kids who like punk, and older people who listen to music from their childhood. Great, great stuff.
MIND BLOWER TIME TUNNEL.......2003-12-16
20years ago,I use to have this album on vinyl and absolutely
loved it,till it got worn out.I always thought the terrible sound quality was what it prevented it from being one of the most powerful and energetic punk rock albums of all times. Now I
got the remastered cd . It sounds so incredibly well it will splatter your brains against the wall opposite to your speakers !!!! I want you to become aware that this is an all time classic every 2nd waver punk rocker should have as his reference record.
music with balls.......2003-12-05
not my favourite punk sound, but has mega balls that need to be paid tribute to. from scotland too!
for no particular reason..........2003-11-18
...just not to let this crap be 5 stars rated.

Shut up........2006-01-09
Anyone who doesn't like this is a trendy sell-out pop punk loser? That is one of the stupidest things I've ever read. Honestly. Grow up, people. Do you even know the definition of 'opinion'? Well, judging by that review I read, I seriously doubt that.
Anyway, this is a pretty moronic record, but it's fun to listen to nonetheless. It's also fun to blast. Woo!
true punk.......2004-07-13
I see that only JL and chazz understand true punk. this is one of the best cds ive heard.
TRUE PUNK ALBUM!!.......2004-03-21
All you fags who wrote reviews about this album that said it sucked, Just proves that you are not true punks. Your just a bunch of pop punk sell outs, who never knew what true punk was to start of with! The Exploited might not be the most talented punk band, But a least they stayed true to punk from day one till now 2004 and never selled out. This their debute ablum is a classic true punk release. With lyrics some serious and same just a joke. Fast 2 minute blast of loud guitars and bass with a steady drum beat. Topped off with watties shout. A GREAT CD..ANYONE WHO IS A TRUE PUNK SHOULD BY THIS ALBUM...IF YOU PLAY BASS LIKE ME. CHECK OUT THE BASS TABS FOR THESE SONGS AT www.mxtabs.net THEY ARE AWESOME TO PLAY MAN.
PUNKS NOT DEAD!!!!!!!!!!
At least it doesnt have a guy with a mohawk on it.......2003-09-21
This is their first and last record not to feature a guy (or a skull) with a mohawk on the cover. And the music kinda sucks, I think. There are a few Exploited songs i like ("Let's Start a War Said Maggie One Day," "Police Informer," "Safe Below" and "Maggie"), none of which are on here. There is, however, a lot of British hardcore, macho "punk-ass" posturing. At least they've sorted through their beliefs into a anti-war, anti-corruption message unlike peers Chaos UK that just yell "F**K YOUR SYSTEM! CHAOS KICKS! OI OI THAT'S YOUR LOT!" and draw little circled A's on stuff. I'd recommend "Apocalypse '77: Best of the Exploited" instead of this. If you want the real anarcho-pacifist message and decent music, I recommend Crass's "Feeding of the 5000" & "Best Before...1984" or Conflict's "The Ungovernable Force," or SubHumAns' "Day the Country Died," or Stiff Little Fingers' "Inflammable Material." Oh yeah, no one's collection should be without Zounds' "Curse of the Zounds!".
PUNK MUST DIE!!!!.......2003-09-19
O.K. kids, listen up! If this garbage is what punk is suposed to be then PUNK MUST DIE. The Exploited are proof that England never really understood the AMERICAN art form known as punk rock. Silly hair cuts, smelly arm pits and super dumb lyrics hardly consitute good rock'n'roll and this album proves it. This stuff has none of the soul or groove that groups like Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers, New York Dolls, Ramones or Dictators had. American punk bands understood rock'n'roll history and didn't abandon the roots of punk. The Exploited really do a fine job of turning good 'ole red blooded AMERICAN rock'n'roll into a brainless, stupid and moronic embarasment. F*%k The U.S.A? NO, F#%K THE EXPLOITED!!!!
