"Iommi's solos are typically squealing and fluid, as timeless in 2005 as they were in 1970"
Product Description
Tony Iommi unleashes his fiercest solo outing yet with the aid of legendary vocalist Glenn Hughes (Black Sabbath, Deep Purple). FUSED combines classic blues rock vocal stylings with the famous metallic crunch of Iommi's signature Gibson SG guitar - the guitar sound that has come to define heavy metal.
Joining Iommi on Fused is former Deep Purple vocalist/bass guitarist Glenn Hughes and former John Mellencamp drummer Kenny Aronoff, who has also played sessions with the likes of the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Rod Stewart, Alice Cooper, Bob Seger, Lynyrd Skynyrd and countless others. Fused was produced by Bob Marlette, who also manned the studio boards for 'Iommi.'
Iommi and Hughes tend to write quickly when they settle in. Once the basic song ideas were written for this new album, Hughes worked on overall melodies and lyrics. The songs were in place, but a drummer was needed to tie it all together. Iommi was eager to work with Aronoff again and had him in mind from the beginning. The highly respected skins-basher was thrilled about the invitation, especially when Iommi said he wanted to tour to promote Fused.
These new songs most definitely work, and they rage with the same fire and intensity that mark Iommi's best. There is nothing quite like the sound of a power trio, because there can be no weak links -- each musician's efforts stand out. There is no place to hide. Iommi, Hughes and Aronoff feed off each other, whether it's the concise punch of "Dopamine" and "What You're Living For" or the fluid twists and turns in the nine-minute epic "I Go Insane."
Iommi's lethal guitar crunch leads the charge. Hughes truly pushes himself to the edge and adjusts his voice to fit the overall direction of each song while simultaneously propelling the rhythm with his pounding bass guitar. The volcanic thunder Aronoff unleashes from his drums sounds like nothing he has done before. Marlette's sparkling, crisp production results in a hard-hitting, modern, in-your-face sound.
Iommi's excitement about Fused is at a fever pitch and he cannot wait to tour with Hughes and Aronoff.

Ear 24k Gold.......2007-02-11
Oh, how I enjoy the music of The Red Chord. Everything this band has released has left an impression in my mind, but the album that stands out the most by them is their debut album, "Fused Together In Revolving Doors".
The songwriting skills are just mindblowing, with spastic changes of interludes and chaotic grindcore blasts. Guy Kozowyk, man, you can't match that guy to any other vocalist. Guitars are outstanding, along with the drumming. If there is any song this band should win an award for, it's "Dreaming In Dog Years". Listening to that song will change your life like it did for me.
Technical metal/grind fans, you need this. No album will match up to "Fused Together". Not even "Clients", which is an awesome album as well.
Grindcore for People With REALLY Short Attention Spans.......2006-10-22
Okay, so it sounds like an oxymoron. Anyone who loves grindcore must have a short attention span, or at least be accepting of a multitude of short blasts of insanity all crammed together. But, this album is ridiculous. Each of the 3-minute-average tracks contain no less than 50 time changes per, and a rhythm is rarely duplicated. There are several times when it sounds like there is a build-up to a crushing breakdown, and if it actually happens it turns out to be less than 10 seconds long. It is completely disjointed. I do understand that this is their goal, but they executed much better on their second album, "Clients."
I forced myself to listen to the album all the way through on two separate occasions before writing this review--I really wanted to like it. One thing I cannot stand is the frequent twangy flat chords struck between the time changes. I might get into this album if I listed a few more times, but I just can't bear to.
Give these guys points for technicality, though. There are many very catchy and intense snippets in each song. Unfortunately, not one is sustained long enough to be satisfying. The most impressive aspect of The Red Chord would be that they can actually play these songs live in the same way they were recorded. (I'm assuming they can.)
Best Grind Album.......2006-07-21
The Red Chord is the best band on earth. This album is brutal as hell, you can't go wrong with this one. Fused Together In Revolving Doors, get it!
Good quality enjoyable Grindcore. (Hard to find these days isnt it?!).......2006-07-04
The Red Chord is one of the few Grindcore bands with actual TALENT. Well, at least they were on this album. Their new sound isnt exactly Grindcore (listen to the album "Clients").
This album is like a piece of artwork; hard to understand, makes you think, you can identify with it and if the colors are right for you're mood, then its hard for you to remove yourself from its entrancing aura. In my opinion that is the perfect way to discribe this album. The lyrical themes on this album are very unique. Ive never really seen a band work childhood themes into their lyrics. The album has a good combination of nihilism based lyrics and childhood themed ones. The vocals are also very...odd. But not in a bad way. I've never heard anything like them before, and its pleasent to hear something new happening with a band. This is just a great album.
With that being said, I would like to state that if you do NOT like Grindcore, or bands like Pig Destroyer, Cirlce of Dead Children and Brutal Truth then DONT waste your time with this album and DONT bother listening to it.
Ferocious and jaw-dropping.......2006-06-21
I bought The Red Chord's debut album "Fused Together in Revolving Doors" at Best Buy for $11.99 when I was down in Eau Claire, and I really like it alot. Personally I find this album alot better than their follow up "Clients". FTIRD is a pure ferocious blistering technical grindcore/death metal assault that will just beat you to a bloody pulp. They also have hardcore influences as well, but they are far from being hardcore or metalcore. This album is chock full of deadly vocals, ferocious technical grinding guitar riffs, vicious breakdowns, and sick intense drumming. Guy Kozowyk's growling vocals are just brutal and deadly as hell. Guitarists Mike McKenzie (who does backing vocals) and Kevin Rampelberg lay down a barrage of monster grinding riffs that slice and dice through your skin like a razorblade. Adam Wentworth's bass lines are good and very deep. Mike Justian's drumming is absolutely sick and intense. Plenty of vicious piledriving blast beats and nasty double bass throughout.
The first song "Nihilist" opens the album with a barrage of grinding guitars, jackhammering blast beats, and Guy's sick growling vocals come into play without warning. This song is very heavy and intense throughout, and it's my favorite song on the album. The second track "That Certain Special Ugly" is more mid tempo with more hypnotic riffs, while the next two tracks "Catalepsy" and "Like a Train Through a Pigeon" come back at you fast with more rampaging drums and speeding guitars. Other standouts including "L Formation" and "Dreaming in Dog Years" (which is one of the band's most popular songs) keep the sheer ferocious aggression going.
The songs and the ratings:
1. Nihilist - 5/5 (Favorite song)
2. That Certain Special Ugly - 5/5
3. Catalepsy - 5/5
4. Like a Train Through a Pigeon - 5/5
5. He Was Stretching, And Then He Climbed Up There - 4/5
6. Breed The Cancer - 5/5
7. L Formation - 5/5
8. Dreaming in Dog Years - 5/5
9. Sixteen Bit Fingerprint - 5/5
10. Jar Full of Bunny Parts (Bonus demo) - 5/5
11. Better Judgement (Bonus demo) - 5/5
Overall this album is an absolute must have for any fan of The Red Chord, metal, grindcore, death metal, or just extreme heavy music in general. If you're new to this band, I suggest you start off with this album first. Anyways I hope you'll all enjoy it just like I'am right now. STAY EXTREME!! STAY HEAVY!! STAY METAL!!
LONG LIVE THE RED CHORD!!

Iommi and Hughes = Rules.......2006-06-11
This is a very solid release. Songs like Dopamine, Wasted again, Grace, What you're living for and the epic I go insane are are among the best Iommi and Hughes have done. Hughes singing are strong and emotional. Iommi delivers some heavy riffs and cool guitar solos. Buy this CD you won't regret it.
Bummer.......2006-06-03
After listening to Glenn's 'Soul Mover', I guess this is what i should have expected. just an absolute bore! Ok now that thats out of the way, let me rant- when the hell is some veteran
musicans gonna put out something that just fking jams. Because it sure as fk aint Metalica. It aint mp3s's or pirating thats keeping good bands away, there just aint any pulling all the stops, and i'm too fking old the take this roll, so if you come come across a great band ,suport the hell out of them.
tony please don't go on this way ..........2006-06-01
Uninspired, monotonous and no surprises at all. Let's get some things straight first. I'm a guitarist and Tony's always been one of my biggest influences. From the first Sabbath record up to the Seventh Star album this guy's playing impressed me more than anything. He had the riffs, the melodies, the rhythm changes and the sound no one else had. And what do I hear on this record ? None of all that. Even Glenn sounds bored and singing in his "Midlands" dialect seems to accentuate this feeling. The chemistry between two of rock's finest artists just doesn't work on this album. The magic was already fading on the previous Iommi solo album but now it's definitely gone.
Disappointed, again. Makes me sad!.......2006-06-01
I have been a die-hard Tony Iommi supporter for decades. When Ozzy left, I supported Iommi. When Dio left, I supported Iommi. I followed Sabbath, and still listen to my Sabbath cd's. But the three Iommi cd's that I have purchased, including this one, FUSED, have all disappointed me. In this case, it's more about Glenn Hughes, whose voice I find annoying on this effort.
I would love to have seen Iommi team up with someone like David Lee Roth, or when Rob Halford was still roaming solo. Tony needs a GREAT vocalist, and he comes out strong. Tony is a great performer, love his riffs, but they are drowned out by the annoying Glenn Hughes on this album. Heck, even someone like Joe Lynn Turner would have been an improvement on Glenn Hughes. Isn't Vince Neil looking for a job these days?
Ug, so yeah, this album is ONLY for the die hard Tony Iommi and/or Glenn Hughes fan. Otherwise, by an older Sabbath album.
A decent Iommi effort destroyed by Glenn Hughes .......2006-05-28
Not one of Tony's best efforts, but there are moments worth the price of admission. But it's hard to get over Glenn Hughes's vocals. Just horrible stuff. Where did this guy come from, and what was Tony thinking?

Unique Combination of Musical Styles.......2007-02-12
While traveling in Ireland I happened upon a small music shop in Doolin. This CD was playing and I was knocked out by what I was hearing. Naturally, I bought the CD and it has been one of my prized CD's. If you are a strict traditionalist in regards to Irish music, you might find this CD offensive in that it does not stick to the traditional instruments or styles. If you are seeking something innovative and interesting, then this CD might be for you. Michael's influence is everywhere you look and his influence can be found in early Lunasa records as well as the Afro-celt Sound System, among others as well. There is a good reason why so many want Michael on their recordings, he is a master irish flutist. I just wish he would tour in the states some day. Buy it and enjoy it!
Revs.......2005-07-06
This is an excellent CD! I honestly can't listen to the CD enough. I've had friends listen to the CD who aren't even interested in any sort of Celtic or instrumental music and they also raved over it. McGoldrick needs to put out another one!
Celtic Weisberg.......2001-02-28
What a blast this CD is from start to finish! This album is about three-fifths Celtic and two-fifths jazz. I haven't heard a flute album with playing this fresh since Tim Weisberg. "Ridee" in particular brings back deja vu of Tim Weisberg. Several of the cuts have a distinctively jazz feel. "Windbroke" is dynamicly propelled by McGoldrick's flutes. "Lough Mountain" starts with a loose female voice saying, "Hey baby, you want to go out?" It then flows so smooth, that the date's for sure. "Hip Agus Hop" is about as smooth of a Celtic-jazz fusion as you're likely to hear. Then McGoldrick dives into the Celtic side with "Reid's Reels" and the beautiful lullabye-flavored "Goodbye Grant." McGoldrick is from Manchester, England and was recently voted best overseas musician in an Irish music poll. Small wonder. American audiences have a gem here to discover!
McGoldrick ~ Spillane.......2000-11-21
Being an enthusiastic Davy Spillane fan, I was eager yet skeptical when I heard of flutist/whistler Mike McGoldrick. However, my skepticism was blown away within just a few short tracks. Mike's mastery of the low whistle is like few others I've ever heard, lively yet sweet and controlled. His tracks vary greatly, so there's something for just about everyone here. An excellent buy.
Great Musician.......2000-10-05
I'm new to this type of music and bought this album in the UK. The quality of the musicians and the production on this album are fantastic, I could listen to this album all day and still find something new in each of the peices, haunting, lively, foot tapping, jazz, celtic, indian you name it. I'll certainly be looking out for more of Michael McGoldrick in the future

Soothing and elegant..........2004-04-01
This album is as soothing as a glass of very good wine and a plate of excellent tapas. The music is soothing, elegant, and intriguing without ever crossing the line into vapid elevator music. While Spanish guitar and Mediterranean influences predominate (in my unschooled musical opinion), Daveed doesn't limit himself to those traditions only and that adds a pleasing element of the unexpected to his compositions. Listening to Daveed makes me exceedingly glad to be blessed with hearing and very sad that there are so many calories in so many of those tapas because I think Daved plus the wine and tapas might even be better than Daveed alone.
And for those of you who do the FIRM, track two is the music used for the stretch segment in Lower Body Sculpt 2.

This is Big Beat , nothing else ........2000-12-31
This Album is beside Fatboy slim- you've come a long way baby , The BEST big beat album ever . The style : very funky , happy and sometimes very coool . I really recommand to check this album out , hear for example number 3 - dope jam - wich trumpets the hell out. if you want a good sampler of kingsize records check: havin't it in heresham (cost: 10$ for 2 cds). The simgle "rock right" from hardwire was the most played single of the famous DJ and Producer FREDDY FRESH ,aso a member of kingsize records now , and freddy did much cooperative work with famous producers like krafty kuts or fatoy slim, but has never been that good as hardwire . a hardwire track (the connection ) is on the ursula 1000 -all systems are go disc , and I can say that this IS the fastest track on the whole cd.
kingsize records groove again.......2000-12-30
after fatboy slims you've come a long way baby , the hardwire -fused is one of THE BEST big beat cds ever . each song is produced very fine. some songs on the cd are printed fat , these songs are the MAIN songs , that you can also get on vinyl. Freddy Fresh , the famous Big Beat dj , sais that he loves the whole hardwire stuff ,especially "rock Right". this cd is even more worth than the fbs you've come a long way baby , and has more tracks too . If you want an good sampler of kingsize records , try "havin't it in heresham"
One of the Best Techno Compilations Ever!.......2000-02-10
If you like a variety of techno and electronic music, then I highly suggest getting "Fused." The 2 CD set contains a larg variety of artists, from well-know artists like Underworld, Bjork & Portishead, to more obscure artists like Lamb and many others. trust me, it's worth your time & money!

ITS NOT GONNA BE OKAY.......2006-05-13
The first time i heard these guys was a "Dreaming in Dog Years" sample on the frontpage of Metalblade.com, the last break-down looped a few times. Instantly i was like HOLY F*CK, this is brutal! Guy Kozowyk [vocals] writes about his memories working in a convienance store which just so happened to be next to a mental hospital, he does this more on there latest release "Clients." Needless to say an anti-prescription drug advocate not only makes this revolutionary and unique Metalcore act but it also makes for some disturbing, brutal, grind lyrics. Anyway, Guy Kozowyk [vocals] recently launched his own record label called "Black Market Activities" and has release music from popular Grind and Metalcore acts such as Animosity, Ed Gein, and From a Second Story Window. If you like these bands or any kind of Grind, Thrash, Metalcore you will probably love if not obsess over this band. At any rate this is definetly what i'd consider a Timeless Grindcore Classic you can can bring home and share with the wife and kids!
Heavy and technical Metalcore.......2004-11-08
Yes the more emoish metalcore is becoming so "trendy" but that's cool, just as long as they're good, but for AMAZING metalcore, Red Chord is where it is at. This nine-song masterpiece ends in just under half hour and delivers some of the most intelligent compositions heavy music has heard. Sometimes so backwards that you can't even tell what's going and other times so bone-crushing that you have to step away from the speakers for fear of your life, but no matter what the riffs work together perfectly through each song. The guitarist is incredible. The drumming is superb as well, with lots of quick time changes and riffs that are played once, the man on the throne keeps it together and flowing. All in all this is great for fans of truly talented music and should be in your CD collection. BUY IT!
Masterpiece..........2004-10-24
Yes i feel strong about calling, red-chord's "fused together in revolving doors" a masterpiece because its without a doubt exectly that and it will not dissapoint you, at all. I've listing to all the songs and it has everything from thrash to death vocal styles and hardcore mix in just one album. Worth the purchase!
Very talented.......2004-10-04
The guys from red chord are realy talented and has the most original and unigue sound, yet. After seeing red chord live with a life once lost, and far before the march of flames... I was quite blown away. Every thing from thrash to hardcore, and deathmetal/hardcore like vocals. I recommend.
Not like any other........2004-08-17
I can't stand all that hardcore and metalcore and emocore etc... I personally, hate how its trendy to listing to metalcore now such bands ? avenged sevenfols, bleedingthrought, atreyu so and so forth and now you see those bands with slipknot and korn even slayer too. I hope and wish that the mainstream will burn in hell and die very slowly because it is ruining the whole purpose of bands that should be kept underground. I quess, thats why i like my bands to be unknown and kept underground! Now, red chord is nothing close to those stupid bands because well they have what we call talent ? Yes! In this generic time with all the bands trying to sound the same and all alike "trendy" it is freshing to hear and see a band like red chord that stands on their own. Fused together in revolving doors is a showcase of pure brutal as well technical and thrashy sound and for some one who dispese hardcore music and hardcore vocals and metalcore i'll say this...Red chord, deserves your support! Stay underground!

Description
From her Broadway debut as Sally Simpson in "The Who's Tommy" to roles in Randy Newman's "Faust," the Broadway production of "Rent," and Elton John and Tim Rice's smash hit "Aida," Sherie Rene Scott has received much critical acclaim. Sherie is currently starring in the off-Broadway hit "The Last 5 Years," a new musical by Jason Robert Brown (Parade). Her debut CD, "Men I've Had," gives Sherie the opportunity to pay tribute to the world-famous composers she's worked with in her career as a Broadway pop music star, featuring songs by Pete Townshend, Elton John and Randy Newman as well as new songs by Jonathan Larson and Kander & Ebb. Songs: Squeezebox, Let My Love Open the Door, Midnight Creeper, Honky Cat, I Think He's Hiding, Bargain, Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters, Falling in Love, Come Down in Time, This Life, Real Emotional Girl, Love Heals, He Gives Us All His Love.

Good Buy for Jazz Lovers.......2006-05-19
Sherie Rene Scott was first introduced to me through musicals like "Aida" and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels", and I grew to love her voice, so I bought her solo album: "Men I've Had", and I'm not sorry I did.
1. Squeezebox- A good song that's a mix of jazz and soul, and a little bluesy too. It can get stuck in your head very easy, though, which can be good or bad, depending on the situation!
2. Let My Love Open The Door- I love this song. It mixes pop music with a little bit of soul. The bright, upbeat chords match perfectly with Sherie Rene's crooning vocals. A good song to lift your spirits.
3. Midnight Creeper- Classic Elton John. Sherie Rene does a good job of covering this song, but not making it completely different from the original. A very catchy tune.
4. Honky Cat- More Elton John, only this one Sherie Rene makes completely her own. It's been slowed down and jazzed up, but it still sounds okay. A little weird for fans of Elton John, but still okay.
5. I Think He's Hiding- A very very weird song. Enjoyable, but strange at the same time. All in all, has a pretty good rhythm to it, but you'll have to listen to it to see what I mean.
6. Bargain- I love this song, also. It is very upbeat and happy, reminding me a little like a mix of two songs: "My Strongest Suit" (another pop song Sherie Rene did for the musical "Aida"), and "Survivor" by Destiny's Child. This is also the one song on the CD where Sherie really gets to BELT!
7. Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters- Easily my favorite song on the whole CD. It's so beautiful, and slow and sad but uplifting at the same time. Another Elton John classic. Sherie Rene also brings in another superstar, Adam Pascal (also from "Aida" and most famous for his role of Roger in "RENT"), and Sherie's soulful crooning and Adam's sweet rough rocker-ballad voices blend and mix beautifully. Also, wonderful saxophone solos dot this track.
8. Falling In Love- A great pop song. This one can also get stuck in your head, and I haven't gotten tired of it yet.
9. Come Down In Time- A beautiful jazz song, but a little too repetitive at times. Other than that, a good song.
10. This Life- Eh. It's alright. Sherie Rene does a good job, but then, there's not much you can do with this song. I must admit, I expected a lot more from the writers of the musical "Chicago"!
11. Real Emotional Girl- The saddest song on the whole CD. You can basically hear the tears leaking from Sherie's voice as she sings, and it's hard not to get a little teary.
12. Love Heals- Wonderful. Sherie's vocals are smooth and calming, which is quite a contrast to the perky, radiant version which the cast of "RENT" does on their album from the movie. Try listening to both of them, you'll get quite a contrast. Plus, Jonathan Larson is one of the greatest composers who EVER lived. Rest in peace.
13. He Gives Us All His Love- It's a little strange to hear an almost church-like song on this CD after a legion of jazz, but it is a good song for what it's worth.
A fun, creative surprise.......2003-01-03
As in the words she sings: "This Broadway girl has got a lot of tunes to sing." In creating the persona of "Sherie Rene," Sherie Rene Scott (talented star of Debbie Does Dallas, Aida, The Last 5 Years, and Rent) has embraced this caricature of herself, which somewhat mirrors her own personal journey to stardom. Sherie Rene Scott's sweet and equally sultry voice is reason enough to purchase this unique collection of songs, tribute to composers she has worked with (hence, Men She's Had...)
The album begins with the sexy, jazzed up version of Pete Townshend's "Squeezebox." "Bargain" is a particularly energetic piece, and a treat to listen to as Scott belt her heart out (which slightly echoes of Aida's "My Strongest Suit"). "Honky Cat" is a wonderful, playful turn at storytelling, and its worth is later fully realized when you get to track number 7, "Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters." This Elton John tune (one of the best on this album) is beautifully sung, and Adam Pascal (original Roger of Rent) lends his vocal talent to create perfect, simple harmony.
I particularly enjoy the next three tracks: "Come Down in Time," "This Life," and "Real Emotional Girl." They are softer to listen to, and Scott subtlely shifts her voice which artistically supports the fictional persona of Sherie Rene, while still conveying the emotional truth of Sherie Rene Scott.
"Love Heals" by the late Jonathan Larson is an incredible track, and a hint of the genius that tragically left us too soon. "He Gives Us All His Love" is an beautiful, appropriate, and spiritual way to conclude the album, in contrast to the more sexual beginning of "Squeezebox". In order to truly appreciate the album, one has to hear it in its entirety, and trace Sherie Rene's personal journey throughout the music (the liner notes are entertaining to read and truly support the music, too).
The more I listen to this album, the more I enjoy it!
Sherie is amazing..........2001-10-11
I know her and she is the sweetest person in the world. She has the voice of an angel, and her CD is amazing. It has a little something for everybody. My favorite songs on the CD are Squeezebox and Mona Lisas and Madhatters... She sings both songs amazingly.
Excellent, but inconsistent quality........2001-03-12
Although she has appeared in Tommy, Grease, and Rent, like several of the other reviewers, my introduction to Sherie Rene Scott was when I saw her live on Broadway in AIDA. She has the combination beauty, talent and stage presence of a true star.
I eagerly bought her debut album. It is an interesting and entertaining album. Her voice is so enticing that she could probably sing the telephone book and make it entertaining. It's a remarkable debut album and somewhat daring in nature. In a playful and experimental way, she draws more than the typical selection of songs from the genre.
There is a slow, sultry, sexy, jazzy rendition of "Squeezebox" as well as similarly jazzy renditions of popular rock songs. I've read the other reviews and I know some people have loved these new interpretations of old songs. Although I am impressed by her creativity, I found album inconsistent. To my ear, the slow, jazzy delivery of "Squeezebox" is so incongruent with the words of the song as to be distracting. While I suppose this was intended to be playful, it comes across almost unintentionally comical in nature. Elton John's "Midnight Creeper" transforms well, but her slow, sultry belting out of "Get back, honky cat..." for Elton John's "Honky Cat" seems odd to my ear as well.
The album overall is quite good. Her version of Elton John's "Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters" is extraordinary and is followed by an equally strong version of Elton John's "Coming Down in Time." Randy Newman's "Real Emotional Girl" is also wonderfully performed and leads into a touching version of Jonathan Larson's "Love Heals."
I have grown to really like this unique album, but there are a couple of tracks that I prefer to skip over.
Soulful songs sung by a great voice.......2000-07-05
Sherie Rene Scott's album is composed of songs by the men she's "had". In other words, the men's she's worked with. Songs from Kander & Ebb, Elton John and Pete Townshend make this a must for all fans plus, Sherie Rene's voice soars on this album much as she is currently doing on Broadway's AIDA. the song "Love Heals" by Jonathan Larson, the creator of RENT caps off this excellent album.

Album Description
Many studies have linked a child's exposure to music with high achievement later in life. At Rocket Baby, we feel a child needs to be more than "exposed" to music at a young age, they need to be "immersed" in it. If listening expands the mind, imagine what listening, feeling, dancing and participating can do? By getting your child on their feet, or into your arms their entire body and mind are involved in the music.
Many children's CD's are designed to be listened to in the car on long trips or used to lull children to sleep. Rocket Baby - Shake, Rattle & Rhyme, on the other hand, is designed to get everyone out of their chairs, irresistibly moving to the music. Whether it is Samba, Cha-Cha or even the tango, each song puts the baby in your arms, or the toddler in your hands and you find yourself dancing together around the room.

Rocket Baby: Shake, Rattle & Rhyme.......2003-02-15
I truly recommend this cd for all ages. This cd is a creative way of incorporating the latin, jazzy, flavors into everyday children's rhymes. My fifteen month old son just loves dancing and moving to heavenly sounds of each track, especially, the salsa and merengue beat. Grandma is also grooving, too. It should be added to every child's music library.

Johnny Mo is heading in "A New Direction" with Jesus Christ
New Gospel singing sensation Johnny Mo is devoted to telling the story of salvation, God's mercy, His goodness, and His grace. Armed with an infectious voice that easily glides from baritone to tenor with falsetto highs and natural God-given talent Johnny Mo sings praises to our Lord and Saviour. Johnny Mo sings self-penned original songs. Johnny Mo ministers through song each word of encouragement and peace that God places on his heart. Yes, Johnny Mo is Extraordinary...he sings Praises to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and doesn't substitute by using pronouns. "A Prayin Wife" is a true testament of the previous tribulation in Johnny Mo's marriage. "A Great Man" was written from a sermon given by TD Jakes at MANPOWER 2002 -- Johnny Mo has structured his life after the sermon and written this song about the steps of change. "He's Coming Back" is scripture from Matthew 25. "No Introduction" tells it's about JESUS CHRIST! "Be A Soldier" asks WHO'S GONNA STAND UP IN THE LAST! DAYS AND BE A SOLDIER IN THE BODY OF CHRIST!!! All of the songs will spiritually uplift and bless you. Come on and GET Your PRAISE ON!!!
