Customer Reviews:
Incredible Political Commentary and Soulfully Moving.......2002-04-03
I grew up listening to Si Kahn in the backseat of my parents' car on long road trips from Vancouver to Carolina and back. I never though that 18 years later I would revisit his music for its political commentary, its beautiful sentiment and strong verse, and its strength. Striking on influences like Phil Ochs and Pete Seeger, Si Kahn is truly among the great folk artist of the past century.
Personally, I love his music because it bring me back to my roots...but anyone who listens will soon find the emotion and strength behind his lyrics and voice.
