Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Lush and Haunting..........2004-05-16

This is a beautiful work by an artist who performs in the greater Boston area. All originals except for one Bruce Cockburn cover; there is a real depth of emotion in both the artist's writing and her strong vocal delivery. Extremely moving material. 'All the Trees' seems to be about the death of a close friend or relative and I found myself stopped in my tracks while listening to it. I hope we hear more recorded material from Sandi in the near future.

5 out of 5 stars A must-have from an enormous talent..........2003-04-05

This is an awesome album by a brilliant up & coming singer/songwriter. Think Norah Jones meets Rickie Lee Jones. Haunting & beautiful melodies. Hammond's enormous vocal talent allows her to convey more nuance & emotion in every line than most singers can in a whole album. Don't pass this one up, or your life will have a hole in it that you don't even know about until you've heard this!
