Editorial Reviews
English Dance and Song, U.K.
Paddy Tutty is an engaging and interesting singer and musician...well worth a listen.
Product Description
This collection of folk songs and ballads from Britain, Ireland and North America is a CD release of the best of Paddy Tutty's two early recordings. Included are ballads of struggle, passion and love of the land, magical tales and lively dance tunes. The album's acoustic live sound features mostly solo performances by Tutty on vocals, fretted dulcimer, guitar and fiddle. Tracks have been remixed and remastered from the original masters of "Who Liveth So Merry" (produced in 1986 by David Essig) and "Paddy Tutty" (co-produced in 1983 with Ken Hamm).
