I just received this cd yesterday and I cannot stop listening to it. Susan has a stunning voice and the music is relaxing and a pleasure to hear. Buy this cd.

"A Pilgrims Mirror" is one of the best CDs I've ever heard. Susan Crowe deserves to be widely recognized for her polished and subtle songwriting and her rich alto voice. As a Gen Y-er, I missed out on the American folk revival, but at least we get Susan Crowe! Every song on the album sounds like a classic. "Our love's return" and "Amalia" are so haunting that you'll have the uncanny feeling that their lyrics come direct from real people, out there somewhere in Canada. "Do you linger" and "You might care to know" make bittersweet love seem worthwhile, if they give rise to such excellent songwriting.
