Well, I've been to Mark Hanson seminars, taken a private lesson from
Mark, and have seen Doug Smith in concert. I wish I could see them play together. This CD is great. The remarkable skills of both musicians are
blended together very nicely. They make a marvelous duo.

Doug and Mark are individually great guitar players. Put them together and the sum is greater than the parts. From the lyricism of Confluence to the hard-core beat of Dyervill Giant and two part version of Doug's masterpiece, Renewal (II) their guitar sing and complement each other. This CD has spent more than its share of time in my player.
