Editorial Reviews
Sing Out! magazine
Although each song is contemporary, virtually every one has a somewhat traditional feel and almost every song is oriented to political, humanitarian, or communitarian concerns. The personal obsessions of most singer-songwriters are largely absent here.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Be our conscience.......2001-02-02

Beautiful harmonies; thought-provoking lyrics; variety of style - what more could you ask for? The 60's protest song is not a dying genre.

Listen for just the music, or learn a bit more about our past ("Heaven is Less Than Fair"), the environment ("We Belong to the Earth"), or be chilled by the events in "Yellow Metal".

I don't think there is a bad song on this CD!
