5 out of 5 stars fun folky blues.......2005-05-09

I had a vinyl copy of this that I picked up in the used record bin almost thirty years ago. I probably still have it in a box somethere, but I don't have a turntable anymore. Back then I played I played it a lot. I haven't heard it in a least 10 years. "If I had me a good dog here's what I would do. I'd catch me a possum ... Cook it with sweet potatoes round and round ..." I now think of this every time I say "good dog!" to my dog, and it makes me smile.
