Supple Beauty.......2005-07-01

"Balmes (A Better Life)" is almost unrecognizable on the single, featuring the intensely talented vocals of Esthero. It is a song of supple beauty in which so much is portrayed through both the music and the singing. A great single for house fans and fans of Esthero (such as myself :P)

Fantastic version that should have been on the Album.......2001-11-04

Balmes shows up on Since Then but you wouldn't recogize it. Esthereo's vocals breath a life into an otherwise mediocre track and elevate it into a true classic.
(and re: Esthero only being known for the Go soundtrack, I have her CD called Breath from Another from 1998 which is fantastic.)

Superb Arrangement.......2001-08-24

Ian Pooley and Esthero really went all out to create a soulful vibe on this wonderful single. Esthero, as previously as a year ago only known for her participation in the Go soundtrack, really shines. An excellent and mood pleasing mix!
