Look, i'm not gonna lie and start gushing about what a fantastic album this is, 'cause it's not. However, that doesn't mean that "Do Unto Others" should be sent to the scrap pile. Speedball follows the simple formula of 'Do one thing and do it well.' In this case, it's performing loud, hard-hitting, in-your-face rock songs that get your blood pumping. "Hog" is probably the best example of this, however the other tracks aren't exactly lightweights. The album starts and finishes strong, and leaves you wanting to go beat the hell outta something. Considering the low prices this album is commanding, I'd say it's definitely worth owning - especially if you're a stock car driver or else about to break-up a concrete driveway.

This is just one great disc! Every song has the heaviness of a 1000 pound sledgehammer hitting you square in the forehead. Big guitars, big vocals, big backline! what more could you ask for. well maybe that they were still together. Detroit's finest!

Speedball is the best thing to come out of Detroit since the musclecar!! This album should become a rock radio staple with crushing songs like "Hog" and "Gypsy". The only negative thing I can say about the ablum is that they are actually better live!! Lesser 90's pretend-metal/punk bands should stand up and take some pointers on how to really rock!!

Excellent Heavy Metal album from a lesser known group........1999-02-17

I found this CD stuffed between lps in the radio station of my high school. The jewelcase was nowhere to be found and I had no idea that I had found such a gem. All I knew at that point was that there was a neat image of a stick-shift on the cd itself. I decided to just throw it on the radio (during my show). I selected track 03 and was delighted with the heavy sounds of "Hog" coming from the studio monitors. I just found out today the true name of cd (2 years later). I truly recommend it and it is a must own for metal enthusiasts.
