5 out of 5 stars i have the version with B.D.F you bohabs!.......2006-12-09

At first listen i wasnt all that impressed, but it grew on me fast. This is near the top on my favorite gwar albums, with america must be destroyed and scumdogs being my favorite, although thier new album beyond hell is creeping its way up the list the more i listen to it. I first got this album about 6-7 years ago and was wondering why it had track 9 listed on the back but no name for a song, until i realized i had a copy without B.D.F. so i went to a local music store that used to order anything u could want if they didnt have it in store, but the original was out of print. Then a guy i worked with said he was going to florida on vacation and was going to some shop that always had rare cd's, so i said look for toilet earth and get it if it has all the songs on it. well he came back and handed it over, and it only cost 6 bucks! best money i ever spent, this toilet earth is a great album and B.D.F is one of my favorite gwar songs.

musically it is a little different than earlier stuff but still just as good and about as heavy, just a little more range in style on the songs. only song i really dont like on it is the issue of tissue, othere than that the rest are all good, with Saddam a go-go, penis i see, krak down, b.d.f. , and slap u around being my favorites. also if u see a copy with b.d.f on it, pick it up, its worth it.

4 out of 5 stars GWAR gets a little experimental.......2005-12-25

This Toilet Earth is a great album but definatly not my favorite from the metal gods known as GWAR. Standout tracks in which are awesome are "Jack the World", "Sonderkommando", "Krak Down", "Saddam a Go-GO", "Eat Steel", "Penis I See", "Fight", "Bad Bad Men" and pretty much all the tracks. The only tracks that prevent this album from receiving 5 stars are "Pepperoni" and "Pocket Pool" which are kind of annoying. By all means pick this album up but don't make it your first album from them.

5 out of 5 stars Still the best from Gwar.......2005-07-15

I have listened to Gwar for many years, and I've never been able to pull myself away from this album. It is without question their most musical album, and it is also their darkest album. Oderus is at his most believable and serious while singing these tracks and his growls, mixed with the (believe it or not) emotional instrumentals of his bandmates, makes for one scary album. I know this is a different opinion than many of the reviewers who find a lot of humor in this album, but whenever I listen to this album I hear a group of guys who aren't just in character, but actually believe they are the scumdogs of the universe who have seen the years without light.

5 out of 5 stars One of GWAR's best.......2005-05-14

I love this record. It is the bands most diverse album, not as heavy as it's 3 predecessors. It is also their most controversial. If you can find the version with BDF on it don't hesitate to snatch it up. I unfortunatly could not find it.
My favorite song is the opening track "Saddom a go go" with its brilliant use of saxaphone and trumpet. My second favorite is "Krack Down" which just flat out kicks ass! And "Skullheadface" is like something straight out of a musical.
This is GWAR's third best record behind "A.M.B.D, and "Scumdogs"
Buy it!

5 out of 5 stars This album grows on you, one of, if not the best gwar album........2004-12-25

Although this album may be overshadowed by such albums by Gwar as Violence has Arrived and Scumdogs of the Universe, it should definatly not be looked over. The lyrics in this album surpass all the other albums in humor and the musicality, although they are no Dream Theater, they definatly know how to play their instruments. At first listen, there are some catchy songs, but nothing that special, then once you listen again and again it really grows on you. This now is my favorite GWAR album. It's not the heaviest, or the longest, but i believe it is the fullest. It shows a variety of music and the lyrics never let you down. Of course, none of their albums are even close to as good as seeing GWAR live, but if your not fortunate enough to be able to do that, this is the next best thing.
