After you listen to this you can only get really devastated because officially doesn't sound like this. I'm not a christian, but I will definately buy a christian album if I like it. This is a prime example of good christian music...I mean good christian METAL!!! creative riffs, the drums work well with all the technicality. Kris' vocals aren't anything to brag about but his style is awesome with the music. They do have an EP that was released before ETE but it's rare to find (good christan death metal). 20 tongues, blinded, religious infamy, galgotha are some of the stand out tracks! Here are some other good christan bands:

I'm glad I stumbled upon this little gem here, interesting mix of metal and hardcore with a strong positive Christian message. Their style of playing is pretty unique, never heard anything quite like it (except with Glass Casket doing a riff on their song "In Between The Sheets" that sounds like something straight out of this album). My only gripe is that the songs tend to sound the same and get kind a boring pretty fast. But whatever, its still a solid effort. Too bad they did a 180 after this and went emo/gay, who knows what they would've achieved if they stayed with their brutal style? Only God knows, I suppose.

I love this album - it's one of my favorites. Thank God they put this album out before they made the rediculous decision to change genres. I mean since when does a death metal band go EMO? Well whatever, this album kicks! Just the fact that Bruce from the best band ever - LIVING SACRIFICE - appears on the album is enuff to make me like it. GET IT! God Bless...

This is Embodyments best album. It's death metal at its best. Bruce Fitzhugh from Living Sacrifice appears on Religious Infamy making it the highlight track on the cd with vocal trade offs. The guitars are also noteworthy as well as the incredible bass work on this album. It's unusual to hear a technical bassisit in a death metal album, but this guy does it right. If you want a nice album to thrash to as well as meaningful lyrics, this album is for you.

Embrace the eternal is an awsom CD. The intrumental is the best and the lyrics r meaningful. So i recomend this CD to anyone who like Metal Christian Music.
