        Helloween, the best power metal band ever, releases the "Dr. Stein" single, featuring 3 rare tracks! (available only on the "Best, Rest & Rare"). "Dr. Stein" is a Helloween classic. "Savage" & "Livin' Ain't No Crime" are 2 great tracks not available on the Keeper albums. "Victim Of Fate" (an early Helloween song when Kai Hansen was at vocals) is also very rare since this version is a remake featuring Michael Kiske!

        I'd say this is like a collectors item, especially for Helloween fans!

        This was my first singel ever bought.It is one of the best songs Helloween ever compossed.The other two songs (Savage and Living..)can only be found here or in the Keepers I & II package as bonus tracks.A must have for all Helloween fans.
