Dimmu Borgir.......2006-04-23

I became interested in Dimmu Borgir when the notorious CKY video came out featuring "Puritania" as the opening credits track. After buying this record, i was thoroughly impressed with the musicianmanship and the overall stamina it would take to play some of these tracks. The bonus tracks on this album as awesome too, especially "Burn in Hell." Why especially? Well, when i was a wee lad i remember watching "Pee Wee's Big Adventure." I also remember hearing this song and seeing a bunch of 80s hair metal guys crawling all over a car. Instantly when i heard this track i could not stop laughing, it was great. Anyway, I also had a chance to see these guys with Children of Bodom for there "Death Cult Armageddon" tour and it was an amazing experience. Shagrath [vocals] and Galder [guitar] really know how to rock out, they also were playing with former Cradle of Filth member Nicholas [drums]. Uh, one more thing i just noticed. Yea, i like these guys a lot, but this record is not worth $25. Buy the American version and download the bonus tracks and save your cash.

This album just kicks ass! And the bonus tracks just make it a hell of alot better!
