This was a very unique item. Fans of the series will enjoy it. At times some of the tracks seem out of place when out of the game, but that's more than made up for by the many powerful and classic tracks that these CD's have. The first CD is more techno-inspired while the second is more operatic. It's good music to do push-ups to or to drive to. Especially the first track of the first CD.

You will want to buy 2 of Wensday's CDs...one to keep in your car to sing along with at top volume...and the other at home to get lost in a musical journey. Her music is like a breath of fresh air. Wensday's voice is amazing - powerful, seductive, warm and compelling --- as you listen, you will get a glimpse into Wensday - the artist, revealing that the beauty flows from her into the music for all of us to share. This voice!!! There is no voice like this in the music business at the moment. Step aside Christine Aguilera, Britney Spears, Norah Jones, and anyone from the last ten years. Such a brilliant voice coming from this woman. She is by far, the most melodic, and soulful voice to come around in a long, long time. A extremely well produced album by a legendary veteran of rock & roll, Dick Wagner. The songwriting, production, and arrangements, along with an 'A' Class who's who band performing on the album. Wensday is a voice for many generations to come.

Whether you listen to Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues or anything in between, this CD is a must have. Wensday connects with your soul, with her sometimes soothing, sometimes piercing vocals.
Combine that with the genius of Dick Wagner's songwriting and it's no wonder I can't stop listening to it.
The song "After You" is a love song in the purist sense. A true masterpiece in my opinion. With the state of todays music, it is so refreshing to have such talent hit the scene.

      You will not be able to get enough listens to Justin Jordan's CD "Desert of Dreams". This is the first compilation of tunes in a long, long while where it becomes very difficult to choose a favorite because they are all so good. A wonderful mix of country, blues, ho-down, folk and absolutely "on-it" rock and roll. Something for music lovers of all sorts.
      At this moment my favorite is "I Came From Nowhere"....I like it so much because it has what Neil Young calls "The Spook"....very very soulful....and a wonderful mesmerizing groove.
      I recommend this CD to lovers of all music....you will thoroughly enjoy it and find yourself waiting for more to come from this artist!

      I really enjoyed this CD. The guitar work is beautifully down. It's defintely one of my favorite CD's. It's hard to choose which song is my favorite but I would have to say that Evening Star is at the top. I highly recommend picking up this CD. I love listening to it on long trips in the car. Justin Jordan is very talented. BUY IT!

      I find this album with the three dimensional Nature sounds and the gentle soothing music very relaxing and inspiring. Music to dream by... or do creative work, read, write poetry with or use for massage, tai chi or meditation. I also found it very useful for healing sessions.

        For a collector that enjoys minimalism, such as Kronos or Terry Riley, this album should be required. The subtlety of the cadences of the various instruments and voice create an illusion of being taken somewhere else with a vividness that few artists can capture.

        The use of glass and other obsure and invented instruments is sublime; it's almost as if Gabriella Roth is recording with John Cage-- Frasconi captures the rythmic smothness of Roth and carries the poetic boldness of Cage.

        I truly hope Miquel Frasconi puts out more works like these; this recording is a wonderful piece to relax to and enjoy a good coversation...

        I first heard this album while shopping in one of the quaint little tourist shops in Jerome, Arizona. The song I heard was "Juarez Shuffle." I ended up buying the last album in stock and brought it home and listened to the entire album and was very pleased with all the cuts. This is relaxing music with great guitars and harmonic synthesizers and each song is quite distinct. I liked it so well that I purchased Arnold Mitchem's other album also. I hope you enjoy this music as much as I do.
