Best Band in the World.......2007-01-02

Pound for pound... album for album... they cant be touched. Perfect songwriting... amazing vocals... very very solid guitarwork... drums and bass that compliment the music.... keyboards where they make sense and not where they don't. If you like ANY form of rock music, this is a band you need to try. This particular live album is not at all their best.... the song selection is questionable... and, more importantly, Screamin' Live is far better... but, this is an album that is still worthy of a purchase... just be sure you have all the studio stuff first... especially their albums from Jump the Gun on up... Sin Decade is perfect... and most others are filled with sonic gems as well. It is a sad world when bands like Metallica and GnR are hailed to be so great, when truly awesome bands like Pretty Maids go virtually unnoticed. If you never heard of Pretty Maids... try Sin Decade and you'll probably be glad you did. They handle heavier rocking songs and lighter songs equally well... musically, there is no better band.
