Solid as hell THRASH metal - Hypnosia are enviably tight and more-than-adequately produced, so you know Extreme Hatred's not some cheap Sodom hack-job (see 1/3 of the current Osmose stable). Still, Hypnosia know what they're doing isn't remotely revelatory or "new" and damn well want you to know that, too, and done so enthusiastically and lovingly (or is that hatefully?), that's where the record's charm lies. So don the bullet-belt and sleeveless jean-jacket, quaff a 12-pack or two, and salute with the goat horns - double fist this with Kreator's Extreme Aggression for a cranked-out/-up night of rivetheaded bliss. Brutality at its best........2005-01-15

I just listened to the samples and was blown away by this band. "I was throwing up through every sample". That's how brutal they are. I can't wait to buy the album. If you like bands like Kreator, Destruction, Beneath the Remains Sepultura, Reign in Blood and Divine Intervention Slayer, Dark Angel, etc. Get this disc. Only for metalheads that like old school brutal speed - thrash metal. You should also try Necrodeath and Criminal. Anybody can recommend any more bands like Hypnosia, please? I would greatly appreciate it.

This recording will rip your head off and continue to kick your cold lifeless body for hours after it stops twitching. It's sort of like a suped up dual carburated version of Kreator (when they were fast and heavy). Basically, I rather like it!!!!! So, buy it and spread the word today!!! DON'T LET THEM SEE YOU BLEED!!!! Dargillos Rivothead
