An 80's AOR/Metal band that sounds great........2005-02-02
This album is about as middle 80's sounding as you can get. Despite a short lived carrer White Sister had some great overlooked songs. This album is proof of that. If you've seen the movie killer Party from 1986 you may have heard the song April. This song alone is worth buying the cd, but not for 40 bucks though. I'd say this cd to me is worth $30 at the highest. It is very hard to come across though, but is it well worth picking up for 20 bucks. Other great songs from this album are Save me Tonight and A Place in the heart. The guitarist Rick Chadock has a good sense of rhythm and is quite talented I thought;Vocalist Dennis Churchill has a great voice. If you like your metal with well planned keyboard use, but not overwhelming this is a fine addition to any metal or rock lover's music collection of the 80's music scene.Also check out White Sister's self titled 1983 album it's just as good as this one and a little bit toughter sounding on the guitars.

Well! You are an 80's rock addict and cant find the albums that
gave you the feeling back in those days. Sun is not shining what it used to be and you feel sad. Your only hope is re unions and re releases of the hidden gems of 80's. I got news for you. Finally one of the very best and overlooked albums of 80's got re released.
What can I say about this album? Everything I needed is here. The melody, heavenly guitars and strong vocals, the oxygen we used to breathe in 80's etc... It's all here. White sister was
hell of a melodic rock band and their second album "Fashion to passion" brought all the 80's passion back to me. From the title song onwards, a journey back to those days awaits.
Go and get it.
