Ned Holness, aka Carlos Mencia, is well known, amongst comedians and followers of the art, as a joke thief. He's not even a "beaner," he's half German, half Honduran. He's, in short a poser, a liar, and a thief.

Carlos Mencia puts another twist in the era of stand up, he doesnt just talk about what has happened to him; he combines his skits with a meaningful message. He is like the uncle you never had, the one that tells you what is really going on, not some half baked stuff your parent tells you to shield you from reality. So to all of you MENCIA HATERS!!!
