Damn good recording or sheffield lab, with phase detection sounds.

I purchased a nice pair of speakers recently. Went through the pink noise setup on the reciever didnt really notice a problem. My Imaging was a little unstable but I figured the speakers were about $650.00 a pair so I thought to myself well what should I expect at that price? I purchased this CD and discovered that at 10Khz my front left speaker had a problem with the crossover. I went back to my retailer took the problem speaker back. Ended up replacing both of them with the same model speaker. My problem solved. With a little work with my trusty SPL meter and this CD you would not belive just how well $650.00 speakers can perform. Imaging is great. The overall musicality of the system has benifited a good deal. A word of advice if your going to by new set of speakers bring this CD with you. You wont regret it.

This Cd is for an audiophile. This cd is used to setup competition systems for show. It is the standard for USAC (United States Audio Compitition). If you are a sound quality (SQ) freak, this is a must.
