5 out of 5 stars I can't remember when I laughed so hard.......2003-03-14

I remember seeing Bobby Collins back in the 80s when every major network and a few of the bad ones were doing the stand up comedy shows to try and attract guests. Bobby was probably the funniest one they had.

When I heard this CD, I started horse laughing and couldn't stop. If you don't pick up this CD your gonna regret it.

GO FLOPPY MAN!

5 out of 5 stars If you need a new perspective on life, you must listen to..........1999-11-13

Bobby Collins is, by far, one of the funniest comedians of our time. He takes all of the everyday things in life, and gives us a chance to realize how truly funny they can be through his eyes. It's a must for long drives in the car!

5 out of 5 stars Dope ..........2003-01-15

First I gotta admit that I prefere that straight up hardcore-rap, but when I listen to hollis it`s all good! He`s one of the best producers I know. Not that hard but his beats are very diffrent then most of these smooth producers. The first songs aren`t that bad but with C-BO`s "paper made" the show begins!!! Buy this album!!!

5 out of 5 stars one of only a few albums i could give 5 out of 5.......2004-08-25

This album is awsome, its fast and catchy, less hardcore than some of there stuff and a bit more punk rock.
pretty much all the songs are up beat and have a good rockin sound that doesnt sound poppy, there are some really good lyrics in there like the song 'in a ryhme' and 'invitation' (which i cant belive they didnt put on Master Celebrations.)
I only bought this album because i saw the video of Master Celebrator and i thought i better get this album, and i was not dissapointed because, alot of the songs are better than that one.
So if youve seen there videos and like them but dont own any NFAA defenetly get this one.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent example of melodic skate punk.......2001-08-27

Way back in the wake of the Green Day pop-punk revolution, Epitaph Records had a chance to sign either Millencollin or No Fun At All. They chose Millencollin, and in my opinion they chose poorly. No Fun At All are a more heavyweight, concentrated, serious band in the vein of Bad Religion or Pennywise, rather than the silly bounciness of their Swedish comrades Millencollin. The songs are fast, but the voice is very capable, and the hooks are seriously the best melodic punk hooks this side of Bad Religion. They will bore their way into your skull and never leave. Perfect if you like No Use For A Name, Lagwagon, Strung Out, Face To Face, Pulley, or Ten Foot Pole. Just be aware that their previous album No Straight Angles is excessively tuneless, and places much more emphasis on hardcore than pop-punk. Unfortunately, No Fun At All disbanded and played their final show in their hometown of Fagersta on January 26th, 2001.

5 out of 5 stars No fun at all's melodical and one of the best albums........1999-03-18

This punk guys know what they maked and is the result of tons of ¨acordes¨. Is a must-own cd of No fun at all. I liked very much and for special ¨talking to remind me¨ song. A very good album. Cesar Lillo

Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Timeless..........2005-08-05

Though the selections date from the early 80s through the late 90s, the disc as a whole has a current freshness about it! I was surprised to see how many albums these bands cut over the years and to this day they have cult followings. Some of them have gone on to do other things. Danny Elfman of Boingo fame is a well regarded TV and film composer with such credits as "Batman" and "Tales from the Crypt". We all know the B52's
still get air time! So if you don't want those typically syrupy
pop tunes that so many other collections comprise of; you won't be disapointed with this set. A technical note: All the songs run without track gaps, adding to the continuity of the concert feel.

4 out of 5 stars Good, strong recording.......2000-03-19

Excellent cuts. Whether its New Wave, industrial, or pop punk, this CD delivers. It's noticeable that whoever put this album together really gave consideration and thought. Was not dissapointed.

      2 out of 5 stars I feel ripped off.......2006-05-13

I thought this was a Keak Album. This just has a few verses by him on it. The production quality on this album is horrible. I hear the samples are mixed in poorly so you can hear pops and clicks, parts of it sound like it was recorded in a bathroom.

Basically this is mixtape quality. If you are really into some of these guys you may like this, but don't expect too much.

      3 out of 5 stars Not Keak's Best Work.......2003-04-18

Ever since 3x Krazy, Keak Da Sneak has had one of the strangest and most unique flow style to him. It seems to me that he has made his style even more rugged and grungy in the recent years, and this is especially true for the Farm Boyz CD. I didn't know what to expect when to pick it up - but I'm somewhat dissapointed.

The first thing I noticed was that the vocal quality of the whole CD is a little dim. They are clear and all, but the rappers sound like they've been placed "behind" the beat. The other complaint is that all of the rappers (The Farm Boyz) on the album aren't nearly as skilled as Keak, and I found myself wanting to listen to all the Keak verses instead of the whole CD.
A lot of the tracks are somewhat catchy though, with the best probably being "High Tech Fashion". It has a wacky beat and a real west-coast feeling on the lyrics. A couple others are like it too, and I'm feeling those tracks the most.

Overall, if you're a big Keak or Oakland-rap fan, I'd probably think about getting this album. The beats are not as good as usual from Keak, and the vocals are dim, but overall it's a pretty good release.

      Final Rating: 6.9 / 10

      Bad Azz at his BEST!

      Customer Reviews:

      4 out of 5 stars I enjoy this CD.......2005-12-08

I actually got this CD in an interesting way. Bad Azz actually contacted me online and met up with me in Portland. We first met inperson at a mall. I didnt know his music. So I had him go to the CD store with me and ask for his owe CD! They didnt have any new ones in so we had to get a used one. Dont think he liked that very much. So Bad Azz actually bought me his owe CD. Now who else can say that?

So I heard his music for the first time in my car with him sitting next to me. Its the weirdest thing having the rapper himself rapping his own songs next to you in your car. But thats my life, surreal.

I listened to his CD in my own time. And I really got into it. And I'm not just saying that cause he's my friend. But cause I really have enjoyed his CD.

It has good beats, and songs that stay in your head. And thats how I know this is a good CD. When you feel like you got to hear a song again and again.

And I can tell you cause I know him personally that Bad Azz is a good, cool guy to hang out with.

4 out of 5 stars 3rd solo is pretty good.......2005-06-30

After a year and a half since his 2nd solo album (which flopped) Bad went independent and put out one just a quarter notch lower then his sophomore release, worthy of 4 stars (just passing the cut), but not near as good as his debut album. Only 11 songs on this one, and everyone is produced by Big Hollis (who has very good beats but not enough for a whole album, and it shows as some of these are lame but others are great). Guests are once again on the heavy side, on all but 1 song, and they aren't his ol' LBC homies or Low LIfes boyz (other then LiL Tip). They rap on 7 and do hooks on 3 others, so once again Bad Azz is one of the best kept secrets from the west coast. It has no classic, 1 I skip, 3 are ok, the other 7 are good songs. A good album to have for his fane but not his best work.

5 out of 5 stars Get On The Money Run.......2003-04-22

He's Back! Mr.Bad Azz comes with heat over this highly anticpated independnt release. Teaming up with one of the hardest producers on the West Coast, Big Hollis to deliver ear pounding music. If you love the new 50 cent you have to pick this up it is off the hook. You better get on the Money Run before its to late and you get left behind.

3 out of 5 stars Beats are nice but the lyrics are crap!.......2004-12-31

Luxury Rydaz come from Little Rock, Arkansas. It features appearances by Papa Rue, Ball of Dirty Jack Lex Ball, B-Legit, Levitty, Yukmouth, and a few others.
Some of the production was done by Shorty P, who did some producing for SWC (Servin Tha World Click) on their first Shippin N Handlin.
There are a total of 19 tracks. This album is laid back. Only one of the songs is a hard banger, We Ryde Too Deep.
None of the songs sound the same, and the production doesn't sound like anyone else. The beats are pretty good.

The problem is that the Luxury Rydaz have nothing to say! Every song they talk about the same things: How much money they have and how many homes they own (which they obviously exaggerate) and they talk about how good looking they are (c'mon now). Listen to the lyrics; there is no story and the words are scattered all over the place. They struggle to make words rhyme and when they do rhyme, they don't make any sense.

Like the title says, the beats are nice but the lyrics are crap! I gave it a 3/5 because the production is good. Otherwise I'd give it a 2/5.
