Strong album!.......2002-02-12

Si no conoces a esta agrupacion que es fiel exponente del merengue del bueno seria buena idea comprar cualquier disco de Azucarado. Este grupo dominicano lanzo su primer disco en 1995 titulado "Endulzate con Azucarado" que fue un exito y desde aquel entonces sigue produciendo merengues ritmicos y pegajosos. Este disco es uno de sus mejores creo porque demuestra sus habilidades para diversificar su estilo de crear el merengue. Hay un numero igual de merengues rapidos y bailables que merengues suaves y ritmicos. Lo que hace que sus merengues se destaquen es el fuerte sonido de los tambores y la creatividad musical de los musicos. A diferencia de otros merengueros las canciones no suenan iguales. Recomiendo que compres este disco y espero que lo disfrutes.

I don't know why the first person who gave a review about this album and singer said so much bad stuff, not only regarding this but also regarding music in English. Firs of all this girl, Melody, CAN sing. Brilliant voice for such a young girl. She will make it in the industry when she gets older. Plus you don't have to be brilliant to sing in Castellano just like in English. So buy this album people, GREAT voice

Pretty young Dominican girl, it seems she won some contest so she decided to release a few albums "De Pata Negra", "T.Q.M." and "Muevete". It is unfortunate that she has neither the talent nor the voice to go very far. She certainly will never make it in Latino (or Spanish music), kind of funny because she tries to sing in Castellano in a few of her songs. Very few latino artists have succeeded in crossing over from Latino music to Spanish music and those who did succeed were already superstars like Shakira, Thalia, JLo and Ricardo Arjona. Perhaps she should try singing pop music in English where neither talent nor a voice is required, she could make it on her looks alone. Her sound tracks are quite good, if her band found another singer they could probably go far. I will give one star for her band.

This album is truly brilliant. I have not yet heard her third cd, but based on Melody's voice and energy, I'm sure it will be just as successful and popular as this one was. Go Melody!!!!
