5 out of 5 stars Amistades Peligrosas Rocks my face off!.......2006-08-27

This Group ROCKS!!!!!!! I LOVE THEM!!!
This group is totally unique and awesome! Some of the songs are slow and sultry, and some are upbeat enough to workout. And, the guy's voice is unbelievably sexy! And fun to dance to!

5 out of 5 stars Great.......2005-05-02

When I was a senior in high school (7 years ago) I had a spanish teacher who used to bring in all kinds of latino music...this was one of the artists I really enjoyed. Their sound is unlike anything we have in the states, and they sing slow enough to understand the words. My favorite tracks are Me Quedare Solo and Hermanos de Sangre.

5 out of 5 stars Different and Enigmatic.......2001-12-04

I like the style they used in most of their songs specially "Me Quedare Solo".I love this song. The lyrics are so cool and enigmatic. It makes me feel many things at the same time, few songs can cause me this strange reaction.I love it so much. The voices are so strong and beautiful.I recommend this Soundtrack to everyone.I didn't even know the real title of the soundtrack,I fell so much in love with that song that I thought that was its real name.Anyway, you'll love it as soon as u hear the first song,I guarantee it.

5 out of 5 stars Amistades' Rules.......2001-05-29

Along with Miguel Bose, this male/female duo has to be one of the greatest singers deriving from Spain. They have a style of their own, and although their music is not mainstream it is something that should not be missed by people who aren't afraid to try new, different music. I believe this is their second of four musical masterpieces and with each new one they incredibly manage to surprise me, for their music is different from their previous albums, they still surprise me with their new music and and how their voices easily adapt to it without causing vocal discord. Compared with Mexico's "Sentidos Opuestos," Amistades Peligrosas do not limit themselves to singing about boy/girl relationships and concepts that include the everlasting cliche of "love." Amistades Peligrosas, if you listen to all four of their Cds, range from singing about Spain's prejudice towards African immigrants, war, Jesus' crucification, conflicts in relationships, Satan, and women's plea for liberation. I was anticipating a fifth cd, but sadly I heard rumors that they will no longer record. Too bad, their music and voices combine to make relaxing music.

5 out of 5 stars One of the best Espanol popular music!.......1999-08-05

Since Ricky Martin and Belini, I have been shopping around for Latino languages music; my Portugese friend from Macau introduced me to this CD, and it is one of the best. (i) It has both male and female voices, to make it more interesting than solo albums; (ii) It is not just dance/pop music (iii) The songs are sung slower than many Latino CDs, and are easier to learn for non speakers

My favourites are: 1. Me quedare solo 5. Angelus

Great songs.

Highly recommended if you are interested in Espanol/Latino languages music.
