5 out of 5 stars perfect album!.......2004-01-07

if there has ever been a reggae album from the reggae movement that combines jazz, funk, bossanova, trip-hop, dub and classic guitar with such beauty and elegance... this is it!. this album cannot be described as anything but perfect, the playing, the instrumentation, the lyrics(in spanish) and the vibes you get from it range from cheerful to a state of thinking to relaxed to admiration to just pure emotion every single track in here captures a feeling that spreads like wild fire not many albums can do that in any genre of music, if you ever see this album buy it if you ever have the chance to see them live... GO, is just that good!

5 out of 5 stars A magical album; provocative for inspiration . . . ........2003-03-12

Cultura Profetica is one of the most known bands not only in Puerto Rico but in the entire Latin American reggae movement. Their fame is not due to ads or publicity as many other bands make their progress into celebrities, but their intelligent music and their ability to coordinate song makes them express in sounds the culture and ideas that the world should follow to make Earth a better place for living. After all, reggae is a "positive vibrations" music, and a melody that "everybody likes" (Roots Natty, San Juan, PR). Songs like "Rompiendo el Letargo", "Ley Natural", and "Diario" have magic within them to provoke an epiphany in yourself and make you understand what you are really made up and where you are going. May God bless good music, San Juan, and the entire population of the Earth. Irrie!

5 out of 5 stars A Music Fan.......2001-11-25

Hispanics are known for their amazing talent when it comes to different types of art. Cultura Profetica sets a fine example for it, not only for music writting, but for live performing as well. From their first track in this amazingly and musically beautiful album, ''Mr Swin y el tres pasitos jazz ensemble'' to their last amazingly funky ''ya no hay'', takes you through a musical journey in which you will experience relaxation, and understand what this band stands for....LIBERTY
