About the Artist
Ann McNamee is a professor of music theory at Swarthmore College (Swarthmore, PA). She took dozens of songs in very rough form to Stacy Parrish, the magician who produced, engineered, and mixed this album. Stacy, who also sings and plays guitar on the album, asked some of his friends to contribute. Enter the extraordinary talents of Eric McFadden, Dave Pelliciaro, Carlos Cordova, and Patrick Harte.

Product Description
"Space In Your Arms" is the debut solo release from Ann McNamee, vocalist and keyboard player of the Flying Other Brothers Band. Ann's songs are sometimes about playing pool, drinking Tanqueray and tonic, and talking to an answering machine. But more than anything, they're about being in and out of love.

Influenced by Carole King, the Beatles, and Bob Dylan, "Space In Your Arms" showcases Ann's songwriting, the gifted guitar playing of Eric McFadden, and the talents of Stacy Parrish, Carlos Cordova, Patrick Harte, Dave Pelliciaro, Roger McNamee, Bert Keely, The Flying Other Brothers Band, Paulo Baldi, Sam Bass, Bob "Rainman" Burns, Stan Hirsch, Lou Dog, and others.

"Space In Your Arms" comes complete with a songbook that includes both lyrics and chords for this collection of 12 orginals.
