Tim trees holds it down for East Baltimore with his debut. Like he said "some of the dj's are straight fu*kin clowns here" - how can he get little airplay in his hometown when most of the sh*t on the radio sucks and he has some tight songs. Better than his Dalton Vol. 2 (which is still good) - has some great classic songs with some hard hitting bass beats that are not too complex. Sounds different from west coast, down south and NY east coast rap but his flow & delivery are nice and the cd is quality and a must have.

** 5 Diggy (he aiight - if you see someone sellin' `em on the street),
** Skarr Akbar (& Da Bloc Ent.) -- from East Baltimore -- he's one of the hardest MC's in all of rap -- he needs to blow up and will with due time --- check our his "heat" and "Heat 2" they're great albums
** Chae Fontaine's "See What I See Episode 1" - it's the sh*t, and
** B Rich's (NE B-More) "80 Dimes" it's a little different sound but it' s a great cd except for "Whoa Now" & 1 other song.

Its only time before Tim Trees blazes upon the Rap Game.......2003-09-14

Tim trees album is with out a doubt, one of the best underground albums of all time, and in my opinion one of the best albums of all time. It has all the right ingriedients of a classic album.
His style/voice/flow is unique. The beats are hardcore and dope, and are nothing like this commercial stuff on the radio. Almost every song on this cd is a classic. It has a mixed coast sound making it easy for any rap fan to listen to. If this rap album would of been released to the main stream, it would of without a doubt went platinum the first month, if not more. Every track is different, from party hits like "Bank Rolls", "Shorty where the club at", "We dont love em(wayne jones)", to the galaga beat weed song of "Yo im so high", to songs to get you pumped up like "Recal", "F.M.P.", to darker songs like "Green Eyes", "Murder Scene", to classic street rap like "ya mean", "spit", and "Timbuktu". And theres even a love song, "Who you love", that just shows that this album has every component to make it a classic. So whether you like south, west, or east, Tim Trees Dalton vol.1 will surely go in your classics collection along with Ready to Die, Doggystyle, The Chronic, All Eyes on Me, etc..

what can i say...?? tim is reppin my hometown so he gets mads props. i hope that one day, he can be known everywhere, cuz hes got the talent and the look.
