Album Description
They may have excised the 7 from their band name following Paul Cattermole's departure earlier this year, but Britain's S Club still show no sighs of slowing down. Seeing Double marks the band's fourth album in as many years, and heralds the outfit's growing maturity by offering a more sophisticated strain of pop. 2002.Customer Reviews:
Bought it, love it.......2007-05-01
Summary: This CD rocks and I just regret it doesnt come with another song on it that I saw on another advertisement but it's gone...
Reunite Please!!!!!.......2006-08-28
the better version of "DONT STOP MOVIN'" .......2006-06-04
"let me sleep" is hands down the best s club track ever recorded. JO delivers a brilliant performance and the lyrics are oh so deep.... 'who do you think you are' is another banger on the album... it was not my favourite song on the album until i watched them perform it on the movie... great dance track..
'bittersweet", "the greatest", "dance", "love ain't gonna wait for you", and "secret love" are all my favourite tracks on the album... there really is not a track on the album i dont like... all of them are equally if not the best songs on the LP....
s club left the world in the right way, and hopefully they can grace us with more fun loving music...
Super, Great, and Fun!.......2006-01-15

Love this CD!.......2005-09-04
ALIVE 8/10 I like the song but the chorus was kinda getting borning. Nice dancing song! Brad's rap is pretty good, but dont' stop movn' is a little better
WHOLOE LOT OF NOTHING 8/10 i love the 'no creep no peep' the chorus was repeated like 3 times and started to get borning, but it had a nice latin feel to it
LOVE AIN'T GONNA WAIT FOR YOU 9/10 Jo does a GREAT job in this song. Great song, it was good in the movie.
BITTERSWEET 12/10 I love this song!!! It started to grow on me, I love the chorus and how the melody is! This song is worth a listen! Jo does great.
STRAIGHT FROM THE HEART 9/10 Nice song. Jo does great!
GANGSTA LOVE 10/10 This song really grew on me. The words are really werid but that's what's so cool about this song. It reminds me of the snow white story. Rachel and Jo sings this song great and pulls it off.
WHO DO YOU THINK YO ARE? 10/10 Like gansta love, it grew on me too. I love how everyone has there own solo in it. The chours was kinda borning but the sound was great!
DO IT TILL WE DROP 11/10 I love this song. Rachel has a beautiful voice! And Bradleys part is good too! A great dance song!
HEY KITTY KITTY 10/10 I LOVE this song! Hannah's voice sounds so cool! Sounds techno which is cool! I love this song!
DANCE 6/10 I don't really like this song. There's no rhythm. Not as good as the others.
SECRET LOVE 10/10 I LOVE this song! Tina does a great job! I listened to this song over and over again. The chorus is great!
THE GREATEST 8/10 It's okay. The chorus is borning for me. But Jo and Rachel does a good job.
IN TOO DEEP 10/10 This is one of my favorite songs on the album. Jon voice is so romantic. I love the chorus, great song.
LET ME SLEEP 30/10 My favorite track on the album. The song is so beautiful. Jo does a really good job. The melody on the chours is outstanding! This should've been a single!

Great Album to close out a great legacy!!!!!!!.......2005-02-09
*Edited 09/06/2005*
Britain's hottest pop band, S Club 7 is back! And although band member Paul Cattermole left the band in June 2002, (the band ended up splitting entirely in May 2003.) S Club is still riding strong with their fourth cd which is also the name of their movie.
Individual track reviews are as follows:
1. Alive-A cool dance track that is surely going to have you on the dance floor! Lead Vocals: Bradley. Grade: A
2. Whole Lotta Nothin'-I love the Spanish feel of this song. Catchy. Lead Vocals: Jo. Grade: A
3. Love Ain't Gonna Wait for You-Their last single with Say Goodbye. Sounds like a disco song. Lead Vocals: Jo. Grade: A-
4. Bittersweet-Sassy, the perfect break-up song. Shows off S Club's sexy side. Lead Vocals: Jo. Grade: A
5. Straight From the Heart-A great romantic love song. This is my favorite S Club song of all time!!! Lead Vocals: Jo. Grade: A++++++++
6. Gangsta Love-Don't let the title fool you. It's a sexy love song. Not their best, but easy to dance to. Lead Vocals: Rachel. Grade: A-
7. Who Do You Think You Are-Fits the movie to a t. Tina and Hannah need more vocals though. Lead Vocals: Everybody. Grade: B
8. Do It Til We Drop-Catchy. Nice rhythm to it. Lead Vocals: Rachel, Bradley. Grade: B
9. Hey Kitty, Kitty-Shows off Hannah's amazing and sexy voice. The bass line is amazing! Sexy and fun at the same time. Lead Vocals: Hannah. Grade: A
10. Dance-Has a good beat. The dance routine that goes with this song is wicked. Lead Vocals: Bradley. Grade: A-
11. Secret Love-Although this is one of the few songs that showcases Tina's vocal ranges, overall its a great song with a amazing Latin like beat to it. Lead Vocals: Tina. Grade: A
12. The Greatest-Originally done by the group Scene 23, this version is better because it sounds more R&B. Lead Vocals: Rachel, Jo. Grade: A
13. In Too Deep-One of my favorite songs on this album. Jon has an amazing vocal range. You will not be able to get this perfect love song out of your head. Lead Vocals: Jon. Grade: A+
14. Let Me Sleep-Great to fall asleep to. Listen carefully towards the end of the song to heard Paul sing a line or two! Lead Vocals: Jo. Grade: A
15. Every Kind of People-Originally done by the late great Robert Palmer back in 1975, Jo does this version beautifully. On the soundtrack to the film, "The Guru". Lead Vocals: Jo. Grade: A
16. Alive (Almighty Mix)-Not one of their better remixes. I prefer the Jewels & Stone remix of Don't Stop Movin to this. Lead Vocals: Bradley. Grade: C
Overall grade for this album is an A. I recommend this album to anyone who wants to have a variety of great music. This album is essential to ANY S Club 7 fan, like me! :) ;)
S CLub 7 is AWESOME!!!!!!!!.......2005-01-10
Their best album!.......2004-05-16
Track rundown:
1. Alive (4/5)
I used to hate this track - I thought it was just a cheap rip off of "Don't Stop Movin", but over time I grew to love it. Now I think it is ace. It does sound like "DSM", with the same vocorder vocals and Bradley and Jo on lead vocals, but it is different if you listen closely. Very catchy.
2. Whole Lotta Nothin' (5/5)
Love this. Jo is on lead vocals and she does a great job. This is a girl song - with the girls saying "gotta find a man who's right for me" during the chorus. It has a great catchy chorus, and Jo sounds sensational. I love the "no creep, no peep" part in the middle eight.
3. Love Ain't Gonna Wait for You (4/5)
This was the last official single released by S Club, combined with non LP "Say Goodbye" - it has finally warmed on me, and I now love it. The chorus is great to sing along to, and Jo sounds great once again on leads.
4. Bittersweet (5/5)
Fantastic! This is one of my favourite tracks. I can see why they give Jo a lot of the lead vocals - because she can SING. This song is down tempo - very RnB, and shows how S Club have grown up. You'll get the chorus stuck in your head permanently, and it's great to sing along to. Slower then the usual S Club formula, but it is a delightful change. A highlight is Jo's long vocal after the middle eight before they launch into the chorus again.
5. Straight from the Heart (3.5/5)
This is the first ballad of the album. I love the opening music, it sends shivers down my spine. Jo is again on leads (but don't worry the others get their songs later on), and she shows off her voice. This does get boring after awhile and is a generic ballad.
6. Gangsta Love (5+++++++++/5)
MY FAVOURITE! Rachel takes on lead vocals and blows me away. The music at the beginning is haunting (my friend said it sounded like a wedding march), and then kicks into a steady beat. Rachel's vocals are computerised but it sounds fantastic. The chorus is sooooooooo catchy - I love the part when Jo says "My MC", it's so cool. I also love the music at the end of the chorus. The rap in the middle is great too. Everything about this song is fantastic. If S Club hadn't split, they should have released this, it would have been No.1! Oh, and it has funny lyrics too about apples and pineapples.
7. Who Do You Think You Are? (5/5)
Another favourite. This gets better every time you hear it. The theme song to S Club's movie Seeing Double, this song is about finding your own identity. Each member gets their own solo part, and then come together in the chorus. The music is FANTASTIC in this song - spacey and weird. I love the 'do do do' part in the beginning and end of the song. Fantastic.
8. Do It Till We Drop (4.5/5)
Didn't really like this on the first listen, but after a few listens, I fell in love with this. It's very catchy with Rachel on leads again, and I love the chorus where they sing 'Why don't we, do it till we drop, say, what say what, why?' - very cool. Bradley's rap is great too.
9. Hey Kitty Kitty (5/5)
Hannah gets to sing! YAY! She got her own song on Sunshine, but this is MUCH better. Her vocals are computerised like Rachel's in "Gangsta Love", but it sounds great. Her voice is very cute and she CAN sing! The chorus is catchy and the lyrics are great and so is the music. Another favourite.
10. Dance (4/5)
This song scares me. The part where they go 'Dance' freaks me out. But this song is very disco and great to dance to. It has great music, and Bradley does a great job on the verses.
11. Secret Love (5/5)
Tina takes lead vocals on this, and shows her voice isn't that weak! I absolutely LOVE the 'la la la' and when Tina sings 'My secret love' over the top - it's so haunting. This song is very sexy and slinky, and Tina puts her own twist on it. The chorus is great to, but the 'la la la' part is the best. Tina sounds best when her voice is computerised and echoing.
12. The Greatest (5/5)
A duet between Jo and Rachel - this is so great! I love the lyrics, especially on the chorus. The vocals flow together, and so the lyrics. A great subject matter and this will get stuck in your head.
13. In Too Deep (4/5)
A short song - 2 minutes 59 seconds. Jon is on lead vocals - this song is much better then Sunshine on the last album. I like the chorus. Very catchy.
14. Let Me Sleep (3/5)
Along with Straight From The Heart, this is the worst track on the CD. It is just bland, and I'm glad it's the last track on the CD, because I can just turn it off after "In Too Deep". Boring.
My top 5 tracks:
1. Gangsta Love
2. Who Do You Think You Are?
3. Bittersweet
4. Secret Love
5. Hey Kitty Kitty
The ballads on this album are disappointing, but the upbeat tracks MORE then make it up for it. This is definitely S Club's best album, and you need it in your collection.

Alive-10/10-Disco-ish like Don't Stop Movin.Made #5 in Uk.Definatley a GREAT way to start you off!!Brad and Jo on lead.
Whole Lotta Nothin'-8/10-Jo is on lead for this Latin soundish song.Probably the worst on the album, so if you think this is
good, you will love the rest of the tracks!!
Love Ain't Gonna Wait For You-10/10-This SO deserved to make a hit!!Jo on lead again for this wicked wild ride.SO GOOD!!
Bittersweet-10/10-Nothin much to say except WOW!!It's not my favorite but very very good.
Straight From The Heart-9/10-Jo sings their first ever grown up ballad. It's very pretty and definatley means more than other ballads!
Gangsta Love-9/10-Rach sings low and very good for this one.It does have weird lyrics "Pineapple he's playing all night."Ok, but the tune will just sweep you away.
Who Do You Think You Are?-9/10-Good.All on lead so you have some upbeat mixtures. But that ear-killing noise in the middle....well, I can live.
Do It Till We Drop-10/10-Rach and Brad on lead.Sung very high and very upbeat. It's the one where you tap you foot and grap the mike!
Hey Kitty Kitty-10/10-Hannah is singing!!Just very rare. This is my favorite on the album!!It is just SO catchy!!
Dance-8/10-Besides Whole Lotta Nothin' this should GO!!Bradley sings and does great.Just it sounds like a bar or club song. It's not S Club's thing.!
Secret Love-10/10-Trust me on this...You will love this one!!Just imagine...the great song you've imagined your whole life is HERE!!
The Greatest-9/10-Rach and Jo do scene 21's song in a whole new light!!I can't even tell if it's a ballad or not!!AWESOME!!
In Too Deep-10/10-Really good.S club flava will always be here. You have a hit!!
Let Me Sleep-10/10-YEA!!!!I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!You will be amazed!!!!
Every Kinda People-10/10-After Jo needed a break from S Club she did this solo!!She isn't leaving.......yet!!Good for her first solo!!
Alive (Almighty Remix)-10/10-You take S Club's #5 hit, add some sugar and spice, and WA-LAA!!!This is overboard!!!TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!
BUY IT NOW IT WORTH YOUR $$$$$$$$$$ OR ELSE they would not be my inspiration!!!
