5 out of 5 stars Best band ever!.......2006-11-19

Five were always considered the "bad boys of pop" and it definently fits. Their music isn't like anyone elses. They will definently rock you in one song then make you cry with the next. This is a must for any Five fan. The best band that ever existed. Now, with Five's reformation, Scott, Abz (yes that's how he wants it spelled now!),Ritchie, and J (Sean's doing solo work) we can look forward to more great hits!

5 out of 5 stars Great Greatest Hits Collection.......2006-11-10

Wow this cd is awesome. If you like Bsb Nsync and so forth check this one out they have a sound that is right up there with them. Not only do they have a good teen and dance pop sound but they also add some hip hop and rock into the mix. I'll never understand why they didn't become bigger here in the states but heres a good example of what we missed out on. Fans of teen pop music don't sleep on this one it should be in every pop fans collection.

3 out of 5 stars How come they never got more popular in the US? Confusing........2004-09-07

While I like that Five has a greatest hits album, they only had two albums released here in the US in 1998 and 2000. Five did well, but Invincible flopped here. They stopped putting the later albums here. I wished that they were promoted more and could have been received just as much attention as they got in the UK. I think that the edgy look of them put off some people here, so they passed on them after 2000. But I am pleased that they continued to have more hits in 2001 and 2002 overseas and worldwide. I just have to order from Amazon because the greatest hits never came out in the US. I'd like to here what their later hits sounded like. This record is a little confusing to some people here who wished they were more popular here.

5 out of 5 stars Greatest Hits Great!!!!.......2003-12-04

This CD has to get sold in USA stores!!! The differences from the first three albums:

* Tracks 1, 4, 6, 9, 10 and 11 are radio edits.

* Tracks 8, 13 and 14 are UK versions.

The rest of the album is alright, but check out "Set Me Free", it is a real American boyband version. There is another song which should have been released on the radio and put inside the Greatest Hits album:
"Lay All Your Lovin' On Me", the Def-Leppard version.

5 out of 5 stars Greastest Hits - 5ive.......2003-08-25

A great compilation of the best 5ive songs. The song "When The Lights Got Out" is the European version, its slower than the American version and J raps on it not Abs. "It's The Things You Do" also features J rapping a different verse than the American version of this song. "Inspector Gadget" was a hidden track on their second cd "Invincible" and "Set Me Free" wasn't released on any cd and Rich and Scott are the only two singing on it. A definite must for all 5ive fans.
