Angelo DiPippo & His Friends. Angelo DiPippo, known as the "World's Greatest Accordionist", arranger and conductor, has starred on top selling albums of Italian Music for years, and has worked with some of the biggest names in Television and Film. This CD is a little carnival like for my taste. Most of the music has a polka, dance feel to it that you might hear at an amusement park or at a carnival. Fun music for some occasions, but not for relaxing with a glass of red Italian wine.

Angelo has again created a wonderful CD with Accordion Italiano. His choice of pieces is excellent and his playing and technical brilliance is flawless. Italian Staples.......2006-11-05

This summer I visited Sienna, Italy and stayed at Hotel Bernini. The owner play a medeley of Italian accordian pieces. We were very impressed and I vowed when I got home to buy a CD such as this one. This CD brings back the memories of that wonderful visit.

I wish I could find more stuff like this, but I don't know what to look for. I especially like the tarentellas. Amazon is silly for not making sound clips available on this album.
