My dad bought this CD for the family years ago, and its one of the most unique, beautiful albums I've experienced. I love how Fitzgerald blended sounds from the rainforest with instruments that are common to the Amazon area. It is a refreshing change from some of today's popular music.

Instant Tropical Vacation.......2003-03-30

This album is a unique and beautiful synthesis of rainforest and tribal motifs wrapped in a structured musical format which transports you instantaneously to the feeling of a tropical vacation. The synthesis of western musical elements with the native and rainforest motifs results in a very pleasing account to both your sense of ambiance and rhythm. Several cuts from this CD were used on "Flight of the Jaguar", the ultimate rainforest compilation. It leaves you wondering why more composers do not participate in this type of music.

This CD of beautiful music is inspirational and relaxing. This is high quality insturmental music with a distinct tribal nature. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality music.
