Its really rythmic and easy on the ears. You can really lose yourself in it, especially part iii. A good change from other music. Worth picking up for the cheap used prices.

I typically don't like most meditation/ambient/chanting/new age music because it simply rambles on without much point. However, I do really like this CD. There's enough of a beat to keep my interest and it is pleasant to listen to, relaxing, and uplifting.

This magnificent piece of work casts a haunting spell with a tasteful blend on drums, sitar, chants and more. I first discovered it when my yoga teacher played it for background music for our yoga class. It swept me away! Trance Tara is a must for anyone into yoga, meditation, or just great music.
