Heard it on "Hearts of Space".......2001-02-21

I was disappointed to see that this piece had not been reviewed. Several years ago, probably shortly after this release, I heard a couple of pieces off of this album. After this long, I'm not sure exactly which tracks. However, I was totally mesmerized by the music -- very melodic, flowing, yet upbeat and a little jazzy. It was part of a Hearts of Space radio show where light, spacey-sounding new age work was being featured. It was well-instrumented, but non-electronic. I've been looking for this album for years, but only had Steven Hill's end-credit references, so I had Slonicker seriously misspelled. (Sorry, Mark!) Anyway, if you like the sorts of melodic, easy instrumentals featured on Hearts of Space programs, then this may be a good choice. The couple of pieces I heard has made me yearn for a long time to hear the rest.
