The first time I heard this CD had to be when I was in a massage therapy class that I'm taking. We all wanted to relax a little before the massage instruction began, so my instructor put in this CD, and in about 5 minutes we all were completely relaxed and almost asleep. I remember the way I felt when my instructor said that it was time to get up. I just wanted to sleep right there and can you believe this, I was sitting in a metal desk chair. How amazing is that? All I have to say is that this CD really works!
